I can't find my card for the whole number but the AAadvantage credit card ends in ****. This is Karen Cory. The last two months they have not sent a bill and I called in because I never have late fees and didn't want them charged. Each time I sent the payment in full that the customer service woman told me. The last check cleared **** and today I get a bill for additional charges plus the one I paid......due ****. **The people are nice in customer service but it takes a really long time to get anything done. Would it be best just to get a new card?
