Do I get a partial refund if I cancel my membership early?

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for Clear membership cancellations. Once a member pays for a year of service, the fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the entire annual membership, regardless of when the member decides to cancel. You can use your membership until the end of your prepaid term.

I was told that I have two accounts. This is confusing the system when i check in

It's critical to resolve this as it can cause issues with check-ins and other services. Please provide us with the email addresses you think are connected to each account, and we'll look into it.
