I am in need of assistance. I am currently on Colorado Unemployment, as I was let go back on May 13th, [redacted]. I filed for benefits that day but have encountered issues with verifying my identity through Id. Me and with adding my other employer to my claim. It has been two years since I got married, but unemployment has not updated my last name to help Id. Me properly identify me for receiving benefits. As a result, all my bills are now due, my phone is about to be turned off, and my rent is late. I have applied for ERAP but have not heard any updates on either claim. I have three young sons who need a roof over their heads and food in their bellies. I have exhausted all other options, and I am reaching out here as a last resort. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Hannah M.

Hello, I initially filed my claim in February but realized I couldn't proceed due to working a second job. I reopened the claim on May 13 after losing my second job. It has now been 14 weeks since then, although they mentioned a 12-week processing time. I am facing the risk of losing my home and having utilities shut off. I am a mother of three kids. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties with ID.me because it shows my maiden name (White) while my legal name is Mcquilliams after marriage. This discrepancy is causing a pending issue. I am unsure about what steps to take next. The wait for a name change seems excessive, and the delay in unemployment benefits is concerning. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I need to send a wage claim request for unemployment, but the dates you are requesting are incorrect. They do not align with the periods I worked for my previous employers. I have provided the accurate employment dates for both companies I worked for, so it is frustrating to be asked for the wrong information regarding proof of wages. It's difficult to communicate with someone directly, which would be much more efficient than mailing documents back and forth, especially given the lengthy processing times. Considering the impact of Covid-19, it would be beneficial to have live agents assisting out-of-state workers, especially when errors are being made. I hope my claim can be resolved promptly as the delays could cause financial strain. I urgently need to speak with a real person to address this matter. The virtual assistant has not been helpful, so I am hoping to receive assistance from a human representative soon. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
