I have an issue with a seasonal account in Ocean City, NJ and I am looking for Comcast's help to resolve this issue. I was just UNCEREMONIOUSLY DISMISSED by a Comcast representative and I am extremely disappointed at this moment. As a ** year * Customer of Comcast I expect certain SMALL gestures from Comcast in support of my situations as I pay over $ ***.** per month to Comcast blindly - for over two decades!!!! How a dedicated, compliant customer such as me can be dismissed without merit is incredibly shortsighted on the part of your CUSTOMER SERVICE Supervisor named Suzette R. Please have a very high ranking senior customer service rep contact me ASAP. I am NOT happy right now. As paying customers we have options too! I never feel good about cutting monthly checks to "partners" who unceremoniously dismiss a request when I make about one request every three years!
