The issue in GetHuman-robgusto's own words
We are going to be planting an apple tree in our back yard. Where we are planting to tree is right over a cable line from the pole to the house, it is black and I have seen this cable personally as I have put down patio stone path and ran into the cable. The cable needs to be moved or it WILL get cut!!! I took the proactive stance and called Comcast to inform them of what my intentions were and they needed the cable moved. I was informed that there was no way Comcast could move the cable due to the fact that Comcast's wires are orange. The apple tree will be planted in about three weeks and the cable runs directly in the way of the site where the tree will be planted. I need someone to come out and move that cable, please.
GetHuman-robgusto did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
