I DO NOT HAVE COMCAST AT THIS TIME - WE ARE DOING LANDSCAPEING IN OUR CONDO UNIT. THERE ARE * UNITS . WE FOUND * BOXES THAT SAY "TV"- THEY ARE FALLING DOWN. AND THE CABLES ARE JUST HANGING -ATT SAYS THEY ARE NOT THEIR BOXES OR CABLES .MY NEIGHBOR SAYS THAT IF I CUT THE CABLES AND REMOVE THE CABLES AND BOXES THE OTHER * UNITS WOULD LOOSE THEIR COMCAST IF THEY ARE A SUBSCRIBER. IF I DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU I WILL GO AHEAD AND REMOVE THE LOOSE CABLES AND BOXES NEXT TUES. BEFORE WE PUT IN NEW PLANTS.
GetHuman-wrussel did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
