No cable or internet service in our home **** A*A South, St. Augustine, FL ***** since night of July **, ****. Outside of our house, by the street, there is a Comcast cable down that cars are driving over. Owner Fred Jensen at ***-***-**** had spoken several times with Comcast and had scheduled an appointment today, July **, between *-*pm. No one came. When Fred called again, a recording states that Comcast will come August *. This is unacceptable.
GetHuman-ttfj did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
