I want to return the Samsung Galaxy *** to the Target store on Coit Rd., Plano, TX and cancel my CC service. It's been frustrating to use it. It won't allow me to call out or to get messages. I'm ** and have * sons that need to check on my wellbeing or I need to call for help. It is not on Safe Mode or Airplane Mode. It doesn't have the little plane icon either. I need an appt. at the store and do I take the phone in the original box to the store. I've had it since May. I need an answer asap.
