I have been trying to use the estimate the cost of the shipment feature between Northern Kentucky and Casablanca, Morocco. However, the system doesn't let me. I am wondering how much shipping cost per package size*weight for this location. Also, if there is an option for me to pick up my package from DHL Casablanca once it gets here.
