We've been trying to get DIrect TV installed at our condo that previously had it. Your company has a glitch in the credit card side of accepting payment, yet you accepted my $** authorization hold fee. My card and several others are continually declined. Changed to a different family member not here locally and still declined. Your staff cannot help and I've been at this for over a month.*Need to get the issue resolved and to get Direct TV installed-- we have no other choice, this association is a multi dwelling condo*carriage home and have no options for cable tv. PLEASE HELP I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED WITH LACK OF HELP TO FIX THIS.
