purchased a my vanilla card and after activating in online, it would not work. my daughter did not keep her receipt, she is just learning how to do this stuff an thought that putting it on the card that it would work. we have contacted Dollar General with no help at all. the card was purchased at store **** Pangburn Arkansas *****, we paid cash. it was Nov.* or * for $***.**. we would like an electronic receipt so we can get our money back, we have tried numerous times to get this taken care of, we called customer care several times and e mailed Dollar General, a few times. thank you Lila Schneider
