I ordered food but the garlic butter sauce was missing. The delivery driver was kind and went out of his way to fix the error. I completed the survey but was told to call the manager. I called and explained that the driver was not at fault. The manager didn't seem to understand the issue, so I had to insist on a refund. Despite this, the manager said my card would be refunded. I feel bad because the driver, Cameron, may have been unfairly blamed. I won't be returning to this Dominos location, as the way they handled the situation was disappointing. The store is on the northeast corner of Pinson and Ridgecrest, next to Criswell Elementary in Forney, TX.

I ordered a large pizza from the restaurant on Peters Creek Pkwy on April 12th. I was informed it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes, so I returned after 25 minutes. When I saw my name on the board, I inquired about my order. Unfortunately, they hadn't started making my pizza and didn't inform me about the delay. I waited for over an hour and received the incorrectly made cold pizza without any explanation. Despite being offered a soda, I felt disappointed by the lack of communication. For this inconvenience, I kindly request a free large pizza with five toppings on my next visit to make up for the poor experience. Thank you for addressing this issue.

Good evening, I have a complaint regarding my experiences at the DORAL store located at [redacted] Ave 41 St. Each time I place an order, it is always incorrect. This has happened three times now. The employees were chatting and laughing in the food preparation area, and at the counter. This store seems to have consistent issues. I waited for over 15 minutes to pick up my order. I was assisted by SEBASTIAN in a rude and unprofessional manner. After realizing my order was wrong, he mentioned it would take an hour to remake the pizza. He turned his back on me, and then JASMIN came but did not place the new order. They were all laughing and chatting while over 6 people were waiting. I was given 2 pizzas to check, but both were just cheese. The service at this store is very poor with a lack of motivation to work and provide good service. I tried calling the manager's number provided, but it only goes to voicemail.

Dear Derek Sampson, I am concerned about the recent advertisement for 50% off all menu items in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. I, along with others, feel misled due to the lack of clarity regarding the promotion details. Specifically, I find it perplexing that the 50% off pizzas on Mondays aren't as straightforward as advertised. Despite being labeled as 50% off all menu items, when I try to purchase a pizza that was previously priced at $11.99 on other days, the price increases to $21 on Mondays, creating confusion and dissatisfaction among customers. This discrepancy raises questions about what constitutes a regular priced item and how promotions are applied. The ambiguous wording on the signs and differing interpretations by staff only add to the confusion. I hope to receive a clear explanation and resolution to this issue without further complications. Thank you for addressing this consumer concern promptly. Best regards, A Concerned Consumer Advocate.

I visited the Domino's in Ashland City, Tennessee for a delivery driver job interview. The person who was supposed to interview me arrived around the same time. However, they started working and didn't acknowledge my presence. Two other employees had to ask if I was there for the interview, which she overheard. Despite arriving 15 minutes early, I waited 10 minutes past the scheduled time and was left wondering what was happening. Finally, after five more minutes, she sent another employee to reschedule for the next day. I was disappointed by the lack of professional courtesy shown. This person never spoke to me throughout the situation and could have at least apologized for the inconvenience. If this is indicative of the work environment, I would rather apply at the pizza place across the parking lot.

I reside near [redacted] Massachusetts Avenue, one of your Cambridge locations. Tonight, I ordered a Chicken Habanero Sandwich online and was charged $8.01 on my debit card. After a 15-minute wait, I went to the store, and the manager, Mohamed, claimed my order was not in their system. However, I checked online at home and confirmed my order at that location for pickup. Following up with Mohamed, he admitted his error, stating he misunderstood my payment method as cash when it was charged to my debit card. Due to his confusion, I did not receive my sandwich. I kindly request a refund of $8.01 to my debit card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered a large pizza at 10:15 p.m., and according to the app, it was out of the oven by 10:40 and dispatched for delivery at 10:55. However, there was a 15-minute delay, and my pizza arrived cold. I live less than 2 miles away, and at 11:30, after calling to inquire, I was told to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. It's now almost midnight, and after another call, the driver couldn't be reached. This ongoing issue with this branch is frustrating. The pizza just showed as delivered, but the driver is still missing.

The Domino's in Wytheville, VA has been delivering to our workplace, Gatorade, for a few weeks now. Today, as I arrived for my shift at 6:30 AM, I noticed a delivery to our plant. Later, around 8:30 AM, I called to place an order but was put on hold for a few minutes. Finally, a manager came on the line and said they no longer deliver to our location as it's outside their delivery zone. The manager's tone was quite unpleasant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered both carryout and delivery many times, I was disappointed by this sudden change in service. I've always been a good tipper as well. Moving forward, I plan to order from Papa John's or Pizza Hut instead. Many of my colleagues at the plant also used to order from Domino's, but now even carryout orders will be going elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pizzas using the 5.99 2-topping pizza coupon. The toppings I requested were specific for each pizza. However, upon delivery, pizza 1 was incorrect with whole pepperoni instead of separate sides, and pizza 2 had incorrect toppings as well. The delivery driver hastily dropped off the pizzas without allowing me to check them first. When I called the store for a refund or credit, I was met with rude customer service and offered only replacements. Despite not needing new pizzas, I ended up eating them as my colleagues and I were already hungry. It was disappointing to receive the wrong toppings and not be offered a credit or coupon for the mistake.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the delivery service at Domino's Pizza located at [redacted] London Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA [redacted]. A co-worker and I placed an order which was taken by the manager named Tim. Despite tracking our order online and seeing it sit there for an hour, we were told by Tim that there was only one driver available. Ultimately, after waiting 90 minutes, we decided to pick up the order ourselves and requested it to be remade. Tim initially promised a fresh pizza in 10 minutes but then disappeared to the back to make a personal call, leaving us waiting for 15 minutes with no service at the front. A woman eventually assisted us in canceling the order. This level of incompetence and service is unacceptable. It is clear that they were understaffed, but better communication from Tim could have helped resolve the situation. I will not be ordering from this Domino's location again, as it seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. One former employee even mentioned problems with bugs at the restaurant. Perhaps it's time for this establishment to reconsider its operations.

Dear Mr. Allison, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Perry Snaychuk, and I have been a long-time customer of Domino's. I wanted to share with you some concerning experiences I've had at two different Domino's locations. Initially, I used to frequent the Domino's at [redacted] Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9S 1H1, where I would order a customized pizza with extra toppings. Sadly, after the store changed ownership, I was met with unwelcoming treatment and restrictions on toppings, despite being willing to pay for them. This incident led me to stop patronizing that location. Recently, I visited the Domino's at [redacted] BC-19A, Parksville, BC V9P 1V6, to order chicken wings for my wife, who has celiac disease. Unfortunately, I observed a concerning lack of hygiene practices in the food preparation area, which could lead to cross-contamination between raw chicken and other food items. I have attempted to address these issues with Domino's in the past without success. I am unsure of the next steps and am considering escalating this matter to social media, CBC news, or the health board unless these concerns are addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely, Perry Snaychuk

On April 17th, I contacted the store on 10th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana, [redacted]. When I called, the employee requested my address instead of the usual phone number. After providing half of my address, I was informed that they do not deliver to my area after dark, which surprised me as I have received deliveries at night before. My friend called from a nearby apartment complex and received the same response. Another friend called from across the street with a similar result. With three apartment complexes nearby, it struck me as odd. Despite feeling hungry, I placed an order. Upon arriving, I overheard discussions about delivery drivers calling off and delays. I am puzzled by the statements made about safety concerns in our diverse community. I feel disrespected and frustrated by this experience. I wanted to share this here to see if Dominos takes these concerns seriously.

I am having issues at Domino's due to the work environment. The manager is rude and biased. When I had to call in about a family problem, instead of being understanding, he threatened to fire me. In another instance, during an altercation with a customer, he threatened me and a co-worker for wearing our hats backwards, claiming it was against uniform policy. Despite realizing he was speaking in anger, we let it go. However, my frustration peaked when his boyfriend showed up weeks later not following uniform guidelines, and the manager did nothing. It has made me feel uncomfortable at work.

I have been ordering pizza 2 to 3 times a week and it's always been great. I usually pick up my order and they usually say it will be ready in 20 minutes, which is fine. Last week, I called to place my usual order, but they said it would take an hour. A few days later, I called around 5:30 pm for a pickup and they said it would be an hour and a half wait. Today was my dad's 85th birthday, and he loves your pizza. I ordered 5 large pizzas for his birthday but experienced a lot of delay. First, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, then 25, and finally 35 minutes. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready even after waiting for a while. They told me they misplaced my order, which was very disappointing as it was for my dad's special day. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you, Maxine.

I placed an order for a pizza online more than an hour ago. When I phoned the store (after multiple attempts), the individual who eventually picked up, named Daniel Allen (I assume), seemed clueless about my order status, only mentioning they were busy. I found him to be unapologetic and lacking in basic customer service skills. They couldn't even identify my order, and the manager's response was dismissive, saying no one gets freebies due to being busy. I'm not interested in free items. Having dislocated my knee recently, I am unable to stand and cook, hence the pizza order from Domino's down the street for my kids' dinner. Unfortunately, this location appears indifferent to their customers.

I recently ordered a large specialty pizza that had a strong fish taste in the meat and was overly greasy to the point of dripping oil. I contacted the company immediately and was promised a replacement pizza for the next day. Unfortunately, when I called to follow up on receiving the new pizza, I was informed that I would be receiving a gift card instead. I feel upset and disappointed as I had to throw away the uneaten pizza, and it has left me dissatisfied with the service. I am considering taking further action as this situation seems unfair, especially since money is tight for me. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, as I am hesitant to order from this establishment again unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily.

I want to address the ongoing issue with the Domino's in New Richmond, Wisconsin. There are two delivery drivers with extremely loud vehicles who speed past our apartments regularly. Despite my complaints to the manager and owner, the matter has been disregarded. The disturbance of revving engines late at night is unsettling, especially considering the safety risks involved with their high speeds near residential areas. I urge for prompt action to be taken, as there is an alternative route available that bypasses residential buildings, which the drivers should utilize to mitigate the noise and ensure the safety of pedestrians.

In my last three attempts to order from Domino's, I've encountered several issues. The first time, I received the wrong order and my drinks were missing. Despite being promised a replacement by a supervisor, it was never fulfilled. The second time, I chose carryout, but upon arrival, my order was not ready, causing a significant delay. Although my pizza was eventually ready, the sandwiches I ordered were not even prepared. The store declined a refund, so I had to leave without my complete order. During the third attempt, I was hung up on three times before a staff member answered rudely. As a loyal Domino's customer, I believe these problems stem from the staff's attitude. I hope to resolve these issues and order my favorite pizza without any further obstacles.

I received my food within 45 minutes of ordering. Unfortunately, the parmesan cheese bites I ordered were dry and plain with no butter. I called the restaurant at 9:31 p.m. to report the issue, and they were supposed to send new ones, but they never arrived. Despite calling the store five times, they ignored my calls and failed to deliver the replacement food. I am frustrated and just want my money back as I have been hungry all night due to this mistake. The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. I hope to receive a refund for the trouble I have gone through for the past 4 hours.

While I was waiting in the parking lot at Dominoes on 100th St in Totem Lake (Kirkland), WA, I encountered a delivery driver who cut me off in a white car with a Dominoes sign on top. This driver had a dark beard and proceeded to yell at me as he hurriedly made his delivery. Despite Dominoes' statements about prioritizing traffic safety, this incident was unsettling. I visited the store to address this with the manager who offered a half-hearted apology. I have decided to cease being a customer of Dominoes Pizza due to this encounter and have shared my experience on social media. I prefer not to receive any further communication from the company.
