I had an issue with my recent order from Domino's. I ordered a medium pizza for what I thought was $5.99 and a marinara sauce for $0.50. However, the delivery took almost an hour and a half despite ordering at 11:30. When I contacted the manager about my total of almost $15, they explained they were busy. I inquired about the pricing and was told I could upgrade for an additional cost, but received the same sized pizza. I was disappointed by the lack of concern from the manager, especially considering my children were waiting. Waiting over an hour for a medium pizza, especially when I live so close to the store, was frustrating. I am a regular customer of Domino's, but this experience was quite disappointing.

Hello, I recently received a pizza from Domino's with a message written in sharpee at the top inside of the box asking me to rate them on the app or online. I believe this may be a health code violation due to the fumes and fresh ink being in contact with the hot pizza. I ate two slices but now I'm concerned about potential ink poisoning. I contacted the store, and they were unaware of the issue. I decided to uninstall the app due to this experience. I suggest using stickers or printed messages on the box instead of using fresh sharpee. Thank you for addressing my concern.

I placed an online order at the Fairview, PA shop with a 50% off coupon, but my daughter was told they never received it when she went to pick it up. I called to resolve the issue and asked if I could show them on my tablet that I tried to place the order online, but they refused to honor the discount in person. The person in charge (Nick) couldn't help either. I believe Domino's needs to improve customer service. - Sharon Pieri

Hello, my name is Dina M. I was trying to order a pizza for my daughter in Lakewood, Colorado from store number [redacted]. I was attempting to use the 50% off deal online but got stuck in the special instructions section. After struggling for over half an hour, I gave up and called the store. I explained my issue to a representative, but unfortunately, he was unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested to speak to a manager, they claimed none were available and said there was no customer service number for Domino's Pizza. I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. If this is how Domino's treats its customers, I will consider going to Papa John's or Pizza Hut instead. I would appreciate a discount or some form of compensation for this unpleasant experience.

I frequently visit Domino's Store [redacted] multiple times a month. However, I've always been unsettled by a particular issue at this location. Today, after a taxing day at work in triple-digit heat, I feel compelled to address my concerns. The store, situated in a small strip center, has delivery drivers who consistently park in spots right by the entrance, including the handicap spot. This forces order pick-up customers to park at the far end of the center. It appears Domino's prioritizes its employees over its customers, which concerns me. While I value and respect employees, customers are equally important. Perhaps, the store could consider designating two spots for order pick-up to alleviate this issue and ensure that handicap spots are never utilized for delivery purposes.

Hello, I am Lisa S. from Blacklick, Ohio. I made a purchase at your Eastbroad Street branch. Although I encountered difficulty placing my order online and was advised to visit the store to order, I missed out on the half-off pizza deal for new customers. During my visit, I informed the staff that it was my first time at Domino's. The General Manager boasted about their pizza-making skills and advised me against visiting the East Main Street branch. Despite enjoying the pizza, I felt disappointed about not receiving the online discount as a first-time customer, especially after mentioning my situation beforehand.

I placed an order for a philly cheesesteak pizza with jalapeno peppers and black olives from a store located in Moon Township at [redacted] Brodhead Road with the phone number [redacted]. Despite being told the delivery would take 45 minutes, it arrived after an hour. Upon inspection, I discovered that the pizza was covered in red sauce, which is not typical for a philly cheesesteak pizza. After contacting the store and sending them a photo, they claimed I ordered the wrong pizza variant. Despite my efforts to have the pizza replaced, they tried to charge me $24 for the correct one. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this response.

I placed an order #33 at Dominoes store #[redacted]. The email confirmation stated the order was received at 12:08 p.m. with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. When I called at 1:00 p.m., the staff mentioned all orders were out, and I was asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes. After several calls, I was informed the driver claimed no one answered the phone or door. Despite my usual cooperation with delivery drivers, the situation escalated due to the driver's car lacking air conditioning. After waiting two hours without food, the store suggested canceling the order. Upon suggesting pick-up instead, I was informed it would be treated as a new order. I inquired about a discount for the inconvenience, which was reluctantly offered. Feeling disappointed by the lack of resolution and the poor customer service, my colleagues and I decided against placing the order. This experience has left us frustrated and hesitant to order from Dominoes in the future.

I recently ordered from Domino's in Watertown, WI, my go-to place when I don't feel like cooking. I got the $5.99 deal along with an Alfredo Bread Bowl for my husband and a handmade pan pizza with extra sauce, beef, and bacon. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived with no sauce, only cheese, beef, and bacon. I contacted the store, and they offered me a gift card instead of fixing my order. I'm disappointed as I paid for a pizza with extra sauce, beef, and bacon, not just a gift card. I'm frustrated with this experience and until they improve their service, I'll be avoiding ordering from Domino's again.

I was wrongly charged for an order I did not make and after spending nearly an hour on hold with Domino's, no one ever picked up the phone. It was frustrating to discover that their customer service begins at 8 am, which is unreasonable for a pizza restaurant, especially since I found out they were closed on a Saturday. Dealing with issues like mine is challenging when customer support is not available during typical ordering times. This experience with the chain is disappointing, as such problems seem to occur frequently with franchises. If Domino's is affecting local businesses, underpaying employees, and providing subpar ingredients, they should ensure their customer service is dependable. I am seeking a refund, communication from a Domino's manager, and a complimentary pizza.

I was really disappointed with my recent pizza order from Domino's. I placed the order at 4:22 pm, but it took a whole hour until I received it at 5:30 pm. The pizza tracker indicated that Ivan was checking it at 4:39 pm, meaning it was sitting there for nearly an hour. When I called to inquire, they apologized, mentioned being busy, and assured me the pizza would arrive shortly. Even though the store was just five minutes away, the delivery took much longer. The pizza arrived cold and stale, not piping hot as expected. The whole experience was frustrating, and I was unsatisfied with the quality of the pizza. I have been a long-time customer of Domino's, but this experience has made me consider other options. I will be sharing my negative encounter with others and may not be ordering from Domino's in the future.

I had never encountered any issues when ordering from Domino's before, but today was a total disaster. I placed an online order for pick-up, but when I arrived, my food wasn't close to being ready. After waiting for half an hour, along with other customers, they finally mentioned it was in the oven. We witnessed pizzas piling on top of each other, coming out of the oven, with bread and chicken getting squashed underneath. Only three out of the four items I ordered were ready eventually. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to make the last item, which either got handed to the wrong person or was ruined. Phone calls were going unanswered, and the counter was covered in receipt slips. When we requested to speak to the supervisor, they were unhelpful and appeared to think the situation was a joke, even calling their colleagues over to witness the chaotic pizza situation while laughing. This was the worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had, and I won't be returning because of the lack of proper management.

I placed an online order around 4 p.m. and it arrived by 5:30. I asked for extra sauce, but my plain pizza had no sauce, and the buffalo chicken pizza was burnt. I've been a loyal customer at this Dominos for years. When I called about the issue, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before the employee agreed to remake my order. Despite being promised delivery in 30-45 minutes, an hour had passed with no food. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I finally spoke to a supposed "manager" who said I'd need to wait an extra 30 minutes. It's now 7:10 p.m., nearly 3 hours later, and my family is still waiting to eat. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I have been unwell and bedridden all day, so I decided to order chicken Alfredo pasta and cheese bread with bacon from Domino's to be delivered and to call me upon arrival. However, a few issues arose. Firstly, they knocked on my door, startling my dog and exacerbating my migraine. Secondly, the replacement bread had jalapenos, which I am allergic to. Despite requesting another replacement, the second bread was improperly cut, burnt, and greasy. Additionally, upon receiving my pasta, I found it half full with only a few small chicken pieces, and it was undercooked and burnt. It's frustrating to deal with these problems, but I am too unwell to call and address the grievances.

I would like a refund for my online order placed on 7-21-19 under order number #[redacted]. I had to cancel the order after waiting over 2 hours and receiving a notification from the fast tracker that it had been delivered. I contacted store #[redacted] multiple times, initially told the driver was on the way but they never showed up. When I called back, I was informed the computers were down and they couldn't confirm my order status. Strangely, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was hung up on twice. I eventually cancelled my order and paid $37.05 with my credit card. I am extremely displeased with the way this was handled. I have a screenshot showing the estimated delivery time of 27-37 minutes. Thank you, Shannon H. Phone: (redacted)

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced from a manager at one of your stores. After placing an order and waiting for an hour, I called the store only to be met with extreme rudeness. I explained that I hadn't received my order, and the person asked for my address before informing me that my order had been canceled due to a 3-hour delivery time. When I asked about special instructions to call my alternate number due to issues with my bell and house phone, she admitted they only called the number on file. Requesting to speak with a manager, she abruptly hung up on me, which was incredibly upsetting. After calling back, the same person claimed to be the manager named Jessica, and when I asked for her name, she dismissively told me to come to the store and hung up on me again. This level of service was unacceptable, and when I contacted the customer service number listed on Google, I faced a lengthy wait time. I am now hesitant to ever order from or recommend Domino's due to this negative experience.

I placed an order around 8 PM for delivery within an hour. The pizza tracker indicated the driver left at 8:40 PM. However, after sending my kids downstairs, 20 minutes later there was no sign of the pizza. When I checked the tracker, it claimed the food was delivered. I tried calling the store, but after being on hold for 10 minutes with no answer, I hung up. I then reached out to customer service via Facebook Messenger, but after explaining the issue, they didn't reply. Despite suffering from chronic Lyme disease and fibromyalgia and being a single mom in pain, I walked to the store only to find the manager not addressing the situation while the team tried to fix the cold food. I angrily took my order, not realizing they forgot my cheese pizza. Another customer who lived farther away experienced a similar issue. I demand a full refund as I ended up with incomplete, late, and cold food, leaving my three hungry kids, waiting from football practice.

I recently received a new credit card from my bank a couple of weeks ago. Last week, I used this card to order pizza from my local Domino's, and I noticed a suspicious charge on my account today. An email confirmation showed a $56 order from a Domino's in Minnesota using my stored card information. This unauthorized transaction included redeeming 2 free pizza awards. I believe there has been a security breach of Domino's system leading to my personal information being compromised. I contacted the Domino's store in Minnesota at [redacted] regarding order number [redacted], and they assured me they canceled the order and will involve the authorities. To ensure my safety, I have removed my credit card details from my Domino's account and will be taking further steps tomorrow to address this breach.

I placed my order on July 15, [redacted] at the Omaxe Mall in Gurgaon with order number [redacted]. This Dominos outlet was a disappointment. The pizzas were not fresh, with tough bread and minimal toppings even though I ordered medium-sized pizzas - Mexican Green Wave and Peppy Paneer. Both pizzas tasted terrible and were cold, as if they were old. The quality has significantly dropped. The experience was far from worth it. Trying to reach their customer care is a challenge as the lines are always busy. Even when I provided feedback on their app, I received no response. Is this the service we should expect from a big brand like Dominos? - Deepika

I made an order at the Omaxe Mall in Gurgaon on July 15th, [redacted] with Order No. [redacted]. The customer support at this Domino's outlet is nonexistent. Sadly, the quality of the pizzas was extremely disappointing. Both the Mexican Green Wave and Peppy Paneer pizzas I ordered, despite being medium-sized, lacked toppings and had tough, unappetizing crusts. Even worse, they were cold and tasted old, far from the fresh pizzas Domino's promises. The overall experience was terrible, far from the value expected from a brand like Domino's. Trying to reach their customer service was a challenge as their phone lines were always busy. Even after providing feedback through their app, I received no response. This decline in quality is not acceptable for a renowned brand such as Domino's. - Deepika
