Im not one to complain but this has been a nightmare. A week ago now I ordered plain wings with a sandwich and some garlic twists. It took ** minutes for the driver to arrive after the tracker said the driver left the store. The store is merely a ** minute jaunt down highway ** from me. The food was still warm but am starting to congeal. Then to my horror there was no sauce or dipping cup for the twists. I paid more for extra sauce even and not one drop was to be found in my order. I like to eat my food hot and not have to wait another ** minutes for the REST of my order so I let it go. I tried to use the delivery insurance but it used an old outdated number that I had replaced on my account months ago to verify my identity. So that was a bust. I went online to lodge a complaint and haven't even got an email or a phone call back. Every time I call the customer service hotline they are either "not taking messages" or closed. During their business hours. Severely disappointed, it’s one thing to make a mistake and forget some sauce but then the real disrespect comes with absolutely no customer service after the order at all. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was ** and made my pizza profile and got the app. Not that it matters to Dominos as long as they get their money obviously. So disgusted.
