When I contacted Lisa, she hung up on me multiple times and refused to address the complaint. I tried to resolve the issue civilly, yet Lisa's unprofessional behavior persisted. I'm Lisa, and I'm currently pregnant. I regularly order from Domino’s for my business gatherings. Recently, I received an order with missing cinnamon rolls. I counted only 5 and noticed fingerprints inside the box. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Pablo, who was dismissive. He denied any wrongdoing by the staff. I asked for his name and then mentioned contacting corporate. He provided me with a disconnected number. This incident was embarrassing for my company, and I find it unprofessional. I worry about hygiene practices, considering the missing items and fingerprints. I demand a resolution to this matter. I am requesting an immediate refund of INR [redacted] for an order that was cancelled due to poor services at the Yashodhan Nagar store in Thane, Mumbai. The order was placed at 8 PM and there was no response from the delivery person by 9 PM. When I followed up, it was suggested to reorder, which was unacceptable as it was the fault of the delivery person and the store. I made a payment using GPay for my order, but it failed on your end even though the amount was debited. Domino's called me to inform me of the issue, and I placed the same order again for cash on delivery. They assured me that the initial amount would be refunded within 5-7 days. I am disappointed that I haven't received the refund yet. When I reached out to customer support, they were rude and now they are denying the refund, saying it's not their responsibility since the order failed. I find this response frustrating, especially since I have already paid Domino's for the order. This experience has been very unpleasant, and I have decided not to order from Domino's again due to their poor service and rude behavior.

I placed an order to be delivered to my hotel room in Brooklyn four days ago. The order arrived an hour late, and when I contacted them, the food was cold, burnt, and incorrect. The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to send a new order because they were closing soon. I've been waiting three days for a manager to contact me about this issue but haven't heard from anyone. I spent $62 on this order and was hoping for a refund, replacement food, or some form of credit.

I made a purchase and provided my credit card details for payment. I supplied the credit card number, expiration date, and cvc information as requested. After waiting for the transaction to process, I was surprised when the pizza delivery demanded payment upon arrival. Despite explaining that I had already paid online, I reached out to the store but was unable to get through to the call center. The general manager insisted on receiving payment or returning the food, even though my family had already started eating. Feeling pressured to resolve the situation, I reluctantly shared my credit card information again since returning the food was not an option. The GM's dismissive attitude and refusal to accept responsibility, blaming the call center instead, left me unsettled. I was troubled by the possibility of a scam as my credit information was taken unnecessarily. It was an unpleasant experience that should have been avoided, and I shouldn't have been put in a position to provide my information again.

I reached out to the customer service team three days ago with a simple request. My wife and I are loyal patrons of Domino's but can only consume one pizza at a time, not the multiple deals we receive. I politely inquired about the possibility of having a single pizza promotion daily in addition to the existing multiple offers. However, the response from the corporate office felt dismissive, stating that Domino's cannot accept promotional suggestions due to legal reasons. I am disappointed by this response and feel undervalued. Consequently, my wife and I have decided to stop ordering from Domino's, despite enjoying the pizzas. I am a loyal customer of Domino's. I placed an order on 07/14/[redacted] at 7:15 PM through Zomato for Domino's. Despite the initial acceptance of my order with delivery expected by 8:05 PM, the order was not delivered by 8:45 PM. The status erroneously showed the order as delivered. After contacting Zomato, I was instructed to reach out to the Domino's branch in Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the restaurant were unsuccessful. After reaching out to customer care, they also faced difficulties in contacting the restaurant and raised the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups over 4 days, promises of return calls from the restaurant were unfulfilled. This lack of response is quite frustrating for a regular customer like me, as not only did we not receive our food, but also the money was not refunded. We urge for immediate action from the authorities to address and resolve such concerns promptly. The reputation of an entire Domino's branch, like Narhe, Pune, can be jeopardized by such incidents. On July 23, [redacted], at 8:30 PM, I placed an order for the Mix and Match pizza deal priced at $6.99 each. I ordered one medium pizza with chicken topping and 6 mango habanero wings, along with two more medium pizzas - one with cheese and the other with pepperoni, totaling to $35. I encountered issues placing the order online, so I called in. The store informed me that the delivery would take approximately 50 minutes. However, upon contacting them an hour later, an automated message claimed the order was delivered at 9:11 PM, which was not accurate. After a conversation with the manager, I discovered my order was mistakenly given to my neighbors. They promised to remake the order and have it delivered to me within an hour or so. After several delays, the food never arrived causing distress. When I confronted the manager, she was unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation. I'm disappointed with the poor customer service provided at the store located on [redacted] Willow Lane in McDonough, GA [redacted] and hope to receive a refund promptly and see appropriate action taken against the staff involved.

I drove to the restaurant to order a pizza. A staff member suggested ordering online for a better deal and assisted me with my order using my phone. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my order of pineapple, ham, and bacon pizza was replaced with a plain cheese pizza. The manager insisted it was my mistake, even though he overheard the employee helping me. The poor customer service experience was further compounded by the pizza lacking sauce and being overly dry.

On August 2nd, [redacted], I made an order for delivery from the Domino's store at [redacted] Dallas Parkway in Dallas, TX. I placed the order at 6:00 pm CST with the expectation of delivery within 17 to 25 minutes, as informed by the person I spoke to. Despite receiving a text at 6:20 pm indicating the driver, Jonathon, was en route, my pizzas did not arrive by 6:30 pm. I experienced delays and confusion as the store claimed the delivery was made when it was not. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the store by phone, my pizzas finally arrived at 7:40 pm, 1 hour and 40 minutes late. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the delivery person, who mentioned staffing issues and technical problems with their app. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Domino's, and I have decided not to order from them again.

I am a disabled, terminally ill widow who frequents Domino's in Clanton, AL. Lately, my experiences have been frustrating. The managers are unhelpful and indifferent. One even advised me to contact headquarters to get them fired. In my last six orders for medium 2-topping pizzas, they have all been incorrect. When I tried to get two corrected, I was promised credits that were not applied. During a call, the manager showed a lack of concern. In subsequent calls, I encountered rudeness and mockery from the staff. The pricing inconsistencies have been a significant issue; I was quoted different prices for the same items. I'm Jeanine Domino. I placed a curbside order at Domino's Pizza #[redacted] on July 30th. My order # is [redacted]. I arrived at 6:58 for an order ready by 7:09. I texted at 7:05, got a reply at 7:17, and had to call for my order. The staff claimed it's busy with only three workers. I observed more staff inside. After a disrespectful encounter, I called the store which led to more rudeness. The on-duty person laughed at me and hung up twice. The supposed manager blamed it on disconnection. I mentioned contacting Corporate, and he hung up again. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but this behavior was unprofessional. Please respond promptly.

I ordered 3 pizzas from Domino's on Main St. in Spotswood, NJ this past Friday, August 19th. Despite living just 2 miles away and picking them up ourselves, my husband, another couple, and I were sorely disappointed. The pizzas were disappointingly cold, exceptionally thin - measuring less than an eighth of an inch - and lacking cheese and sauce, especially the 2 Brooklyn style pizzas. I am used to enjoying the quality and taste of Domino's pizzas but this experience fell short. The meatzza pizza was the closest to our usual expectations, but overall, the pizzas did not meet the usual standards. I took photos of one slice to showcase how unusually thin they were and would be willing to provide them upon request. The entire experience left us feeling embarrassed and upset, prompting me to file a formal complaint as we found this level of quality to be completely unacceptable.

On Friday, August 19th, my husband and I ordered three pizzas for dinner guests from Domino's on Main Street in Spotswood, NJ. Despite being only two miles away, we were disappointed to discover the pizzas were cold upon pickup. When we began serving, we all noticed how excessively thin the slices were, especially the two Brooklyn pies. They were lacking in cheese and sauce, with one slice having barely any cheese at all. This was not the standard we were used to from this Domino's location, and it was quite embarrassing. I took photos to support my formal complaint as the thinness and lack of toppings were unacceptable for us. Previously, we have enjoyed the quality and taste of Domino's pizza at this store, but this recent experience was unsatisfactory.

The manager and salesperson at store #[redacted] in Flower Hill, Gaithersburg, MD [redacted] were very arrogant. I ordered two pizzas online and a two-liter soda in-store. The front desk staff member told me the soda was in the kitchen and he wouldn't get it for me. When I asked why, he rudely shouted, "I'm not your slave, [redacted]. You expect me to fetch a stupid soda, [redacted]." I threatened to complain, and he responded by threatening to come to my side of the desk and not discriminate against Black people. I informed him I am a retired Colonel from the Navy SEALs and would be happy to educate him on how to handle people like himself. Two other customers witnessed the entire situation, and both of them left the store.

For the past few years, my family has always had positive experiences with Domino's Pizza. However, I encountered a problem with the customer service at the Scottsville Rd store in Bowling Green, KY. I called on Saturday afternoon to inquire about my delivery, as the tracker was showing shifting times and delays. While I usually receive apologies and explanations for delays in the past, this time the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to provide his name or the store manager's name and was dismissive when I asked for the corporate office number to file a complaint. Despite my love for Domino's convenience, affordability, and quality, I was deeply disappointed by the poor treatment I received. I believe all retail employees should be trained to handle difficult situations with respect and kindness. Although I still appreciate the good food and polite delivery drivers, the unpleasant encounter has made me hesitant to order from Domino's again. It's unfortunate that one employee's behavior has tarnished the image of a brand we once loved.
