I believe my account has been compromised. It had over 70 skins purchased on Fortnite, my username was "swammpi," and the email associated was [redacted] which I no longer have access to as it was also hacked. Hello, I encountered an issue with my account a while back when it was compromised. Unfortunately, the email associated with the account was changed, making recovery difficult. However, I can still access my Epic account through Rocket League, possibly because the thief didn't disconnect it from Steam. Currently, my name on Epic is "NutritiousOtter5," which was not my original username. I am unable to receive any communication from support due to the email change, but I still have access to the initial email used to create the account.

I have provided Epic Games with all the necessary information to prove ownership of my account. Despite submitting old credit card details, transaction screenshots, and previous IP addresses, they keep rejecting it as "insufficient." It's frustrating because it is undeniably my account. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised, and Epic Games is uncertain how to proceed with my case.

It seems that my Nintendo Switch account is linked to an email address that my son uses for his PlayStation. I don't remember creating the Epic account for my Switch, but I need to use it to redeem a gift card. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it as it is connected to my son's PlayStation account.

Epic Games deactivated my account and was unresponsive until they finally replied, instructing me to verify my ownership. I attempted to do so by sending an email to the old email address associated with the account. Initially, they requested receipts for purchases made on the account and the last four digits of the card used, which I do not have since my account is inaccessible. My uncle had gifted me V-Bucks using his card, and I am unable to retrieve the receipts or card information. Despite verifying with my email, they have ceased communication and are not assisting me in recovering my account.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Epic account named "DunklerFürst" and my email address [redacted] being hacked. I no longer have access to my Epic account or my email address. I believe my Fortnite account was hacked after my email was compromised. Although I haven't played in a while, I wanted to return to the game. Upon attempting to reinstall it, I encountered issues and contacted support through the website. Unfortunately, they informed me that my account violated terms of service and had been permanently banned. I suggested checking the last IP address that accessed the account, as it wasn't me, implying a wrongful accusation. I'm eager to regain access to my account, especially since I've been a player since season 3 and would never jeopardize it. I've invested a lot into the game and it's disheartening to be penalized for someone else's actions. I hope a compassionate individual can reassess the situation and understand my perspective. I need to report a scam incident involving a person who goes by the name Psych1cN1nja. They coerced me into a credit scam by promising a free TW Octane. I was manipulated into turning 5k credits into 50 credits to feign scamming them for the Octane. After complying, they threatened to report me unless I returned the Octane. I returned it, but they demanded my 5k credits as well, which I also gave them. Despite this, they still threatened to report me. They have now falsely accused me of being the scammer to support after taking my items and leaving.

Hello, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10+ Phone three years ago and installed Fortnite. I acquired the Ikonik skin and the Scenario emote at that time. Due to school and personal commitments, I took a break from the game. When I recently returned, I noticed that my items were no longer in my account. I recently experienced a security breach where both my email and Epic Games account got hacked. These accounts were linked to my PS5, and now my Epic Games account is inaccessible with no email or password. I only have one screenshot from a failed email login. All emails from Epic Games have been deleted. I have my old login credentials and the account was previously linked to my PS5. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out for assistance with accessing my Epic Games account, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so successfully. The system prompted me to link my account to an existing one or to create a new account, which is unusual since my email address was already associated with an account. This account contains more than 50 games and has records of several payments made on Fortnite. However, I am currently unable to access this account, almost as if it has been deleted. Hello, It has been over 6 months since I last played Fortnite. I wanted to play again after the new update, but the issue I'm facing is that whenever I try to start a game, it kicks me out during the loading screen and goes back to the menu, saying there is an error related to my connection or a game ban. I don't really understand because I haven't played Fortnite for 6 months, so why would I be banned? While playing Fortnite with my friend in creative mode, we encountered a player who seemed to be using cheats like wall hacks and aimbots. This player consistently landed headshots, even when we were hiding behind structures without moving. It was suspicious that the player had no skins, pickaxes, gliders, or backblings, possibly to avoid detection on their main account. Their username was IH ATEMESYF. It really impacted our gaming experience, and I believe they should be banned to ensure fair gameplay for everyone.

While playing Fortnite in Creative mode with my friend, we encountered a cheater who was suspiciously getting only headshots, seeing through walls, and not equipping a back bling, pickaxe, or glider – likely to avoid detection on their main account. The cheater, with the username :IH ATEMESYF, significantly impacted our gaming experience. I urge the game administrators to take necessary actions against this player.
