I had fraud on my card a while back and never got a new card in. my bank was behind on cards and I was paying everything in cash. i have a large balance on my bill and can’t afford to pay it right now because of all my bills that I’m going to have to pay when I get my card back. they’re saying *-** business days but they shut my hot water off because of the balance. and I need my hot water because I cannot shower or cook anything. i am planning on paying my bill as soon as I can but i have family coming due to a funeral who need hot water as well for showers. please help
