I made a mistake with my hotel booking date, thinking it was for yesterday but it was actually for the 26th of this month. Sadly, this caused an issue as it was my husband's birthday yesterday, and we had to pay for the stay again. Unfortunately, we have a funeral to attend on the 26th and won't be able to use the booking. I tried to change the date to the following weekend, from the second to the third, but the hotel mentioned I needed to make adjustments through Expedia.

I have a credit with Emirates that I would like to use to book a flight to Dubai. I intend to depart on July 21 and return on August 1 with my wife for a week-long stay. We have medical appointments in Dubai but also plan to enjoy our delayed honeymoon. I believe my ticket, identified as KXUW32, is still valid, and I am looking to finalize the booking through Expedia.

I made a reservation for a one-bed flat in Glasgow for the 11th of June with reference number [redacted][redacted] a while back. However, I'm unable to reach the host via email or phone. Despite my attempts to contact Expedia over the phone, I have been unsuccessful. With the stay just 2 days away, I still have no information on accessing the flat. I am disappointed with the customer service provided by Expedia, especially considering the upfront payment made for the reservation. If I had been aware of these issues beforehand, I would have opted to book through Airbnb instead.

I made a reservation at the Deer's Head Inn in Elizabethtown, NY about 4-6 weeks ago. Upon realizing the distance to Furn Lake, I promptly called the Inn to cancel. I had purchased insurance and hadn't been charged yet, so I expected no issues. However, speaking with Rob, an owner, he directed me to contact Expedia. Trying multiple times, I found myself stuck without an itinerary number. My numerous emails from Expedia don't mention this reservation. When prompted for feedback, I lost all progress. My goal is simple: cancel my reservation (already done with the Inn). The last 4 digits of my Visa are [redacted]. My cell is [redacted], and my landline is [redacted]. Assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently booked a British Airways flight from Aberdeen to London online. I encountered some issues with the booking confirmation and after rebooking, I ended up with two e-tickets for the same flight on the same date. Despite spending a lot of time contacting Expedia and British Airways, I have not been able to resolve this matter. Expedia referred me to British Airways for a refund, while British Airways directed me back to Expedia. I am frustrated as I feel caught in the middle of this situation. The conflicting information provided and the double booking have caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter without being passed back and forth between the two companies.

I am requesting a refund for itinerary #[redacted][redacted]. We canceled the ticket and had ticket insurance policy #[redacted]48. I was denied boarding the plane due to not having the specific seal on my marriage certificate, even though I had a copy that worked before. Although it was initially disputed, it seems to have been taken out again, causing financial strain. This unauthorized deduction needs to be rectified promptly. Kindly reach out to discuss and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I booked a round trip for two adults recently. After completing the booking process, I noticed that the dates I entered were not showing up on the site. Consequently, I decided to cancel the trip immediately. While I did receive a partial refund, I have not received the full amount I initially paid for the trip. It's important to note that I didn't cancel due to any change in my plans, but because your system was not displaying the correct trip information after I had made the booking.

I am contacting you from Hotel Odissey-Budva in Montenegro regarding issues with charging for two reservations at our hotel. The reservation IDs are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. We are unable to access the email connected to our hotel site for payment details. An agent from Arizona called me from +1 [redacted], reassuring that the payment is in order. They provided a number for assistance, but I seem to have written it down incorrectly, making it impossible to contact them or process the payment. Can you provide the credit card numbers for payment on our new email [redacted] or a direct phone number of a contact person to resolve this issue? I have been unsuccessful in finding a reliable contact number all morning. If you require further information, please email me. Thank you.

I recently had a booking at Frames Hotel that was canceled without any notification from Hotels.com. The manager at Frames reassured me and mentioned they would cover the cost at another property through Hotels.com. After contacting Expedia, they informed me that I could book another property at no additional cost. Luckily, we secured a last-minute room at Arc Hotel through Booking.com for our concert at Anfield Stadium. The total cost was £[redacted]. I have already forwarded my payment receipt. This whole experience has been stressful for me as a 68-year-old and left me frightened. I am still awaiting a response from the company. Please investigate this matter for me. You can contact me at [redacted]9 or email me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this issue. Carmen D.

I made a reservation through Hotels.com last week for a one-night stay on 6/13/22-6/14/22 at the Days Inn located at [redacted] Centreville Rd, Manassas, VA [redacted]. The confirmation number is [redacted][redacted]. Due to an early flight at Dulles, my husband Bruce Citsay was not able to accompany me and our daughter, Hannah, on the trip. Upon arrival at 10:15 pm, we encountered an issue during check-in as the front desk attendant, Sean, insisted on seeing my husband's ID despite the reservation being under his name. Despite showing all confirmation emails, Sean was unyielding. After suggestions from another guest named Charles were disregarded, we opted to rebook the room under Hannah's name to expedite the check-in process. For the refund of the original booking under Bruce Citsay's name, Mohammed, the front desk staff today, advised calling Expedia at [redacted] to proceed.

I made a reservation at Red Roof Inn in Marion, VA from June 6th to June 13th. Upon check-in on the 10th, I was placed in an already occupied room, then moved to another dirty room. Due to work commitments as a travel nurse, I called the front desk and was relocated to room [redacted] but left belongings in the previous room. I was assured I could collect the new key on the morning of the 11th after work. However, room [redacted] was also dirty and unavailable. Exhausted after a 12-hour ER shift, I requested a refund and stayed elsewhere. After contacting the hotel, I learned I needed to request a refund through Expedia, which was not communicated earlier. They confirmed they had no issue with providing the refund.

In [redacted], I booked and paid for a trip to Fiji, but due to Covid, my travel plans were postponed until next month. Expedia utilized accommodation credits to secure a booking at Smugglers Cove. However, I encountered an issue with Fiji Air credits that were set to expire in December [redacted]. Despite two separate assurances from Expedia employees, including a written confirmation and verbal assurance from a Virtual employee named Rochelle, clarifying that the credits were extended until June [redacted], I had to cover the airfares for my upcoming trip out of pocket. The conflicting information provided by Expedia has put a strain on my finances as a pensioner. I find this situation unfair and have been unable to resolve it despite my efforts. I am seeking assistance to address this matter promptly. I am prepared to escalate this matter to NSW Fair Trading if necessary. Thank you for your attention. - Yvonne Barrett (Itinerary #[redacted][redacted])

I've tried contacting Expedia multiple times without any success in reaching a representative to inquire about a recent reservation I made. I booked a stay at the Super Paradise beach club on Mykonos for 7/13 but have not received a confirmation email as I usually do. Despite following the prompts, I can't speak to anyone without an Expedia confirmation number. Additionally, I've been trying to book a flight from Athens to Mykonos without success. Each time I attempt to confirm the order, it displays an error message. This has been going on for four days, and I'm frustrated with Expedia's lack of assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you.

Dear all, I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding a recent room reservation. My complaint revolves around Reservation ID [redacted][redacted] made for a two-night stay at Bubaque Island Hotel through Expedia. Despite booking the room for June 10-11, [redacted], upon my arrival, I discovered the hotel was abandoned and inoperational. No staff was present to provide assistance or clarification, leaving me out of pocket for the £[redacted].02 spent on this reservation. The discrepancy between the hotel's status on Expedia and its actual condition raises questions of mistake, incompetence, or potential fraud. Bubaque Island Hotel and Expedia must be held accountable for misleading customers and failing to deliver the promised service. I request an immediate refund of £[redacted].02 for the nonexistent accommodation. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Celerino.

As a holiday cottage owner in the UK, I have listed my property on Vrbo to be featured on Expedia sites. However, despite being on Vrbo, I am unable to see my listing on Hotels.com. When I attempt to add my property on Hotels.com, it redirects me to Vrbo. Contacting Vrbo led to no solution as Hotels.com does not automatically display all Vrbo listings. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Hotels.com and Expedia through UK and US numbers provided, technical issues prevented my calls from going through. Frustrated with the inability to speak to the right person, I am seeking assistance in getting my property from Vrbo and Expedia onto Hotels.com.

I've had a frustrating experience with Expedia when trying to use my airline credit. They seem to inflate the prices over the phone, making it impossible to use the credit as intended. Even with a Delta Airlines credit of $[redacted], I couldn't purchase a ticket listed for $[redacted] on their website without being quoted $[redacted] over the phone. The customer service representative kept providing excuses that didn't add up, leaving me feeling blocked from voicing my concerns. It's disappointing that there was no email address provided to lodge a formal complaint.

I made a booking through Expedia for a hotel reservation, but received a confirmation email stating that my reservation was canceled due to unavailability of rooms. Subsequently, the property manager informed me that they could not accept the booking and advised me to cancel with Expedia to get a refund. He also suggested contacting Expedia for further assistance. Thank you. - Han Oo

On the 21st of June, [redacted], around 03:00 AM, I tried to book a vacation package. However, when I proceeded to complete the booking, an error message appeared stating that the transactions could not be processed, asking me to try again. After multiple attempts without success, I sought virtual assistance. Eventually, I communicated via text with Jenny, who assured me that the duplicate charges deducted from my account would be refunded within 24 hours. Despite the given timeframe having passed, the funds have not been returned, resulting in multiple overdraft charges in my bank account. Specifically, two payments of $[redacted].60 each and two payments of $[redacted].72 each were deducted, along with a charge and credit discrepancy of $[redacted].94. Regrettably, without a confirmed itinerary number due to the incomplete transaction, I am unable to speak with a representative using the automated phone system as it requires a booking or cancellation number. I urgently need this issue rectified. Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Jai

I made a reservation for a flight on Air Canada from Boston to Vancouver with a layover in Montreal on June 2nd through Expedia. My booking number is 4M9RHQ. The flight experienced a delay of over 3 hours and was eventually canceled, requiring an overnight stay. Air Canada instructed us to book our own accommodation and promised reimbursement for the hotel expenses and cab fares. They advised that since the booking was made through Expedia, the reimbursement process should be handled through them. How should I proceed with this? Thank you, W. W. J. [redacted] [redacted]
