I typically purchase material when I have extra funds each month. In March [redacted], I bought a lot of fabric in preparation for my retirement. As I am now retired, I have started using some of the packages I purchased. To my dismay, I discovered today that two packages of material were unevenly cut and short of the quantity I ordered. After ironing and straightening one side, I realized the shortage. I am disappointed by the quality of the cutting and packaging of the fabric. I have been a loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money with your company. I hope to receive some form of reimbursement as the shortage has disrupted my quilting project. This experience worries me because I have many more material packages yet to open.
