Last Sunday jan *, at ***pm we had * tickets to nightmare alley and got in an accident on the way. I attempted to cancel the tickets and got a blank screen then it froze. I turned off my phone and back on, attempted to cancel again and by then the movie had just started so it wouldn't let me. But originally when I tried to cancel it was before the show time and I'm not sure why it wouldn't go though. Hoping someone can help me so I can get refunded. Thank you.
