I've noticed a FedEx driver consistently cutting through my front yard to access a neighboring property, which is not a public route. The address in question is [redacted] McGee Lane in Chincoteague, VA. The driver is unauthorized to enter from McGee Lane; their legal access should be through Eastside Road. I, residing at [redacted] McGee Lane, find this situation concerning. The driver even damaged a neighbor's tree without rectifying it. I have captured the FedEx truck on my surveillance camera four times in the past two weeks. Kindly educate your drivers that this is private property and not a public right of way. The new homeowner seems indifferent to this issue, unlike me and my neighbors who are disturbed by the unauthorized access. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. My daughter ordered two Deep Dish pizzas from Pizzeria Uno for Father's Day, expecting them on Wednesday, June 16. The pizzas were shipped the same day she ordered them but arrived late on Thursday, June 17. The box was dropped off at the garage door without notification, and it appeared to have been opened and re-taped, with the insulating material damaged and dry ice missing. The pizzas were thawed. I have pictures if needed. The tracking number is 2[redacted] [redacted] from Wallace, North Carolina. I'm seeking answers as to why it was delayed, left without notification, and opened. I hope to salvage the pizzas, but I believe FedEx owes my daughter an apology and a refund for this unacceptable incident. She paid almost $[redacted] for the order, and this experience was disappointing, unlike any previous FedEx deliveries.

Recently, I have had several Chewy deliveries placed in my mailbox, which is a mile from my home, instead of at my doorstep. I contacted Chewy, and they mentioned filling out a complaint form, but the outcome was uncertain. To address this, I logged into Fedex and specified my garage as the delivery location. However, despite these efforts, I received an email stating my package was delivered at 4:02 PM, but it is not at my garage. It seems likely that it may be at my mailbox. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve it tonight, risking it being left by the road or potentially taken. How can I ensure my packages are delivered to the correct location in the future?

I am inquiring why my Wayfair order (#[redacted]83), placed on June 10th for delivery to Louisville, KY, took a detour from Chattanooga, TN to California, then Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Illinois for 3 days. Initially expected on June 15th, then moved to the 16th, 18th, and now has no set date. The shipment should have gone directly to Louisville or Indianapolis, as this delay has caused a significant wait for our chair. It seems like a pallet mix-up occurred, leading to this convoluted routing. The recurring pattern of delayed deliveries via FedEx due to unnecessary detours is concerning. I would like to report an incident involving a driver delivering to 81 Indian Field Road, N, White Lake, NY [redacted] on June 20, [redacted]. The driver was seen speeding down our small lake community's one-car dead-end private dirt road at least 40 mph, despite the posted 10 mph speed limit. Several neighbors tried to address this with him, but he initially denied speeding. After further discussion, he agreed to slow down, but then accelerated once he reached the town-paved road with a 20 mph speed limit. As residents, we are concerned for the safety of our community members, especially children, pets, and pedestrians. We have a designated dropbox at 5 Indian Field Road for packages, and we kindly request that the driver utilize this location and refrain from speeding on our private road. If this behavior persists, we are prepared to document it with video footage, obtain the license plate number, and involve the authorities. We hope this matter can be addressed promptly to prevent any potential accidents. Thank you.

I am facing a serious problem with my FedEx delivery person. I reside on a gravel road with a hill, where trucks struggle. Despite multiple requests to three different drivers to take an alternative route to avoid tire spinning on the rocks, the issue persists. About three weeks ago, after discussing the matter with a driver who parked in front of my vehicle, we came to an understanding. However, today another package was incorrectly delivered, and the driver smirked at me. This behavior is unacceptable. I am considering seeking compensation for any damage to the rocks. This is the third time I've tried to address this issue, twice over the phone in the past month. For the last two months, our FedEx delivery driver has been leaving packages at the end of our driveway instead of on our porch, despite having a wide driveway that leads back to the road. The driver leaves the packages at the end of the drive, then turns around and drives all the way to the dead-end street. We prefer our packages to be brought directly to our front door. I attempted to set a preference online, but it seems to require testing us on each delivery to specify the location. We want all packages delivered to the front door without this added step. Tracking # [redacted]90 On June 15, [redacted], I visited FedEx and paid for an overnight delivery service. I was advised that the package would reach its destination by 8:30 am on June 16, [redacted]. Opting for this specific delivery time cost me $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive as promised and was delivered late the following day. I submitted a complaint seeking a refund since it did not arrive on the scheduled day, and the timely delivery was crucial. Despite my complaint, it was rejected, citing traffic delays as the reason, which was not disclosed at the time I paid for the service. I believe that this information should be made more transparent to the public. Hence, I am seeking a full or partial refund due to the financial and other inconveniences caused. I feel disappointed with the lack of understanding from your company and perceive it as a waste of money.

I received a text message from FedEx stating that my refrigerated prescription was delivered at 10:52 a.m. today, June 25th, but I cannot find it anywhere near my house. I have checked with my neighbors and at the mailbox with no success. The tracking number provided is [redacted]50. The pharmacy, Optum RX, confirmed my correct address as 3 Tres Hermanas Rd, Santa Fe, NM [redacted]. I am worried about the lost package as the medication needs to be refrigerated for effectiveness. If exposed to summer heat for too long, it may lose its effectiveness. This medication is costly, and I paid extra for FedEx rapid delivery.

There have been ongoing issues with a FedEx delivery person in Mountain View, CA who fails to deliver packages properly, leaving them at central mail kiosks instead of bringing them to recipients' doors. Despite reporting this to FedEx with case number C[redacted]37, no action has been taken. This behavior includes leaving vital medication unattended for unit [redacted], creating potential security risks. Other units such as [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] have also experienced similar negligence with large packages being casually left. Photos of the incidents on 6/5 and 6/26 are available, highlighting the problematic behavior. Concerns have been raised not only with FedEx but also with the HOA president and local law enforcement. The inconsistent service is stark when compared to the proper delivery practices of UPS and Amazon. Actions need to be taken to address this issue and ensure better service from FedEx in the area.

I need to report a concerning incident related to the delivery of tracking #5[redacted] [redacted] from Nike in Lebanon, IN to Derek Williams in Conyers, GA. Though we typically do not encounter issues with FedEx deliveries, on or around June 16, [redacted], our delivery was left on the ground near our mailbox, potentially vulnerable to theft. This raised concerns as porch theft is a real issue, and the package’s insecure placement made it an easy target for theft. Fortunately, my husband was present to intercept the package as the delivery was being made. This incident has prompted us to request that future deliveries be brought directly to our front door to ensure their safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received a call from the driver who mentioned he was new and unsure what to do regarding my expedited shipment, especially since he was located an hour away in Shelby, NC. Even after explaining that the correct address for delivery is [redacted] Maiden Salem Rd., Maiden NC [redacted], he struggled with finding it with GPS and suggested using [redacted] Maiden Salem Rd., Maiden, NC [redacted] to locate my driveway accurately. Unfortunately, he deemed the address incorrect to avoid delivering it today. He mentioned seeking guidance from a supervisor. After following up with the shipper, Olukai, and FedEx regarding tracking ID [redacted]04, it still shows as an incorrect address. This situation is highly frustrating and must be resolved promptly.

I am reaching out regarding multiple recent issues, with today's incident being the most concerning. My elderly mother, who is 86 years old and immobile, relies on hand delivery of her chemo medication with a signature. Regrettably, her cancer medication worth ten thousand dollars was incorrectly delivered to a different location and signed for by an unknown individual. Despite extensive efforts, FedEx has not been helpful in locating the package. This situation is distressing as the medication is time-sensitive. The delivery driver's negligence has disrupted both my mother's and my life, escalating into a potential health crisis. I placed an order for a sleeper sofa from Wayfair that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx Ground on July 2, [redacted]. However, it has not arrived yet as of today, July 5, [redacted]. Despite multiple delivery "attempts," the tracking information states "cannot locate recipient." I made sure to open my garage for easy package placement. Interestingly, FedEx Express successfully delivered another package from AT&T on July 3, [redacted], raising doubts about the FedEx Ground driver's attempts. This delivery concern originates from the FedEx Pflugerville TX Hub, known for similar delivery issues according to various online complaints. I intend to escalate this matter to FedEx Ground's senior management to address the recurring problems at this hub. Online customers are starting to prefer alternative couriers over FedEx due to such repeated incidents.

I have been trying to schedule a pickup for two days now. Initially, it was supposed to be picked up on Monday, July 5. However, I was informed that due to delays, it could be picked up between 2-6 on Tuesday, July 6. When I called at 5:15, I was told there was still 45 minutes left for pickup as the driver was in the area with multiple stops, but no one showed up. This is a return of an Amazon item with a 10-day return window. I've had to reach out to the seller multiple times to inform them about the pending pickup. Unfortunately, contacting the local FedEx office has been challenging with lengthy automated prompts. I need a resolution soon to ensure I don't miss out on the refund for this expensive item.

I had a terrible experience trying to resolve fraudulent charges on my card due to an international shipping scam. I want to file a complaint against the unhelpful Customer Service agent. I don't want to deal with their frustrating voice prompts again. The representative kept talking over me and didn't listen to my questions. She failed to open a case for investigation as I had requested, and only after involving the police did I start getting some cooperation.

Hello, I am Reimon P. I was waiting for a crucial package (United States Passport) scheduled for delivery by 12pm today. However, the package arrived at someone else's doorstep in my building at 10:30am, despite the clear address and apartment number on the package. I have been waiting for my package since 6-30-21. It was sent to Southeaven, Mississippi, which is [redacted] miles away from my location in Brant, AL [redacted]. I am only 30 miles from Chattanooga, TN. It seems illogical that it was sent so far away from me. If it had gone to Chattanooga, TN, it would have been much closer. I hope this is not the usual way you handle deliveries because it appears quite careless. Can you please ensure I receive my package promptly? I am eager to know when I can expect to receive it. I received a text saying my package couldn't be delivered today as no one was home, so I waited on my porch all day, taking time off work. Despite paying extra for same-day delivery, FedEx didn't leave my package as promised. Another package was dropped off earlier, but not mine. I was on the porch when the delivery was supposedly attempted. I would like to have the package since the driver must still be in the area. The tracking says it will be tried again the next business day, but I'll be at work.

On July 7th at 12:19 PM, I received a notification from Amazon that a package was delivered to me, but it never arrived despite several delivery attempts. The package may have originated from Plantonix. Previous delivery attempts indicated an incorrect address, but this seems improbable since the address was provided by Amazon.
