I'm expecting my package today. It reached Ellenwood, Georgia on November 30th. The tracking history mentioned a later delivery date requested, but I never asked for that. It was initially scheduled for delivery on December 1st, which didn't happen. It was rescheduled for December 2nd but still wasn't delivered. Now, the latest update shows it should arrive on December 3rd. It's currently 3:14 pm EST, and the package has not shown up. I am puzzled as I have not received any text updates. Where could my package be?

I am extremely disappointed with the FedEx delivery driver's behavior today. When he arrived at my house and saw the sign instructing him to deliver to the South Door due to our age, he simply threw the packages back onto his truck without making the delivery. This is the second time this has happened with this particular driver. I have already informed Sam's Club about this issue and have video evidence from my security camera. The tracking number for my undelivered packages is [redacted]9. Despite receiving emails confirming today's delivery, the driver clearly disregarded his responsibilities. I believe this driver is a poor representative of FedEx and should face consequences for his actions. I hope FedEx takes this matter seriously and considers the impact on their customers.

I received a phone message stating a package requires a signature, but there is no additional information provided. Without a tracking number, I am unable to identify the origin of the package. When attempting to track it through my online FedEx account, I discovered that it also requires a tracking number. This situation has been frustrating as I was hung up on by their automated system. The online information available does not offer any clarity beyond indicating a delay with no further details. The lack of customer-friendly support from computer automation systems is increasingly troubling. It feels like customer service is on a downward spiral.

I left my cell phone at Cimarron Golf Resort in Cathedral City yesterday while on vacation. I arranged for them to mail it to my house in San Diego. I provided my credit card details but didn't receive a shipping label. I only have a confirmation number #PSPA3041. I am unsure what to do next. I have unfortunately fallen victim to a scam, as confirmed by the police. I had sent a package containing money to [redacted] W Arch Street, Tampa, FL [redacted], for Richard Koller. I urgently request for this package to be placed on hold and returned to me to prevent any further financial harm to my family. Tracking Number: [redacted]87 (Seller Ref No: [redacted]) - Kick Screw made an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my personal PayPal account. They provided FedEx with the mentioned tracking number. FedEx stated that the delivery was made on Sunday evening, December 4th, at a front desk, signed by a person named Mithunna. However, my residential address does not have a front desk, and there is no one named Mithunna living here. I request FedEx to provide me with proof of delivery and the address used for this delivery. Kick Screw seems to be deceiving both me and FedEx. I have not placed any orders with KS in India. It appears that KS is using FedEx to carry out fraudulent activities. I have contacted PayPal and my bank. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue as I am unsure of whom else to reach out to. This week, I am facing issues with our Fedex delivery driver, causing unnecessary problems and consuming extra time. Firstly, a package with tracking number [redacted]09 was delivered to the wrong house, and I have filed a claim. Despite being assured by a courteous agent that it would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, there are still no updates, and these are Christmas gifts. Today, I received a note regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted]28 stating an incorrect address, although the address is accurate. After being informed it would be redelivered, I received a text today claiming delivery, which I did not receive as I am home with a Ring doorbell. It took me 30 minutes to reach someone at Fedex, who advised me to contact the shipper, Little Passports, as I am not the one who ordered the package. Yet, I have another Fedex delivery scheduled for tomorrow with tracking number [redacted]36, and I am uncertain where this one will end up. This ongoing issue needs to be addressed promptly, as I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and communication with Fedex.

Richard Mitchell ([redacted]) received an email notification from FedEx stating that a package was supposedly delivered to his front door at 5:15 on 12/08/22. However, upon checking, the package was not found at his residence or neighboring houses. There is a suspicion that it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Richard is requesting for a photo of the package at a door to help locate where it was mistakenly delivered. He asserts that the package was not stolen and mentions that his home is in a secure area with a visible driveway where no vehicles entered at the specified delivery time. Richard has provided the tracking number as [redacted][redacted] and is eagerly awaiting a prompt response from FedEx.

The FedEx driver has been driving on my grass, causing ruts in several areas without permission. She left packages on the hood of my new truck and behind my wife's car after delivering them. Fortunately, my neighbor alerted me to this incident as my wife could have accidentally driven over the packages in the early morning when we leave for work at 4 am. I retrieved the packages from our parking area, which has a cement perimeter and is 50 by 50 feet in size. This behavior is unacceptable.

However, I am unable to track the package using the provided code. Tracking number 7[redacted] [redacted]. I'm inquiring about an estimated delivery time. Although I usually can contact a representative for information, today I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. In this package, there is a dental crown needed for a patient's 12 noon appointment in the Central Time zone. I hope to ensure the patient can keep this appointment without rescheduling. Thank you.

Today, I received a delivery exception notice claiming my Apt # was incorrect. However, I specified that my apartment is labeled as Apt A and located under the carport on the ground floor. The other apartment numbers in the building follow the pattern [redacted], [redacted], etc., but mine is Apt A. This issue occurs frequently, and I need my packages to be delivered to my correct address. Please inform the driver to consider Apt A as a valid address situated under the carport on the ground floor and to look for the designated sign for confirmation.

I need assistance with a package that was not delivered. I spoke with a representative and a manager yesterday about this issue. The driver was supposed to return to my address to deliver the package after it was incorrectly scanned as undeliverable because he was not in my area at the time. I urgently need to speak with someone as my package has still not been delivered.

I recently ordered a ring as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend from a jewelry store in the U.S. as their first international customer. The ring is priced at $[redacted], and although the jewelry store covered the delivery fees, I was notified via text that I need to pay [redacted] euros (about $[redacted]) for taxes. This amounts to almost 40% of the package's price, which seems excessive. I am hoping to receive the ring before the 22nd so I can give it to my girlfriend for Christmas.

I live at [redacted] Elms Court Drive in Florence, MS. On 12/15, I received a package and was disappointed to witness the female driver tossing it towards my front door. The package hit the top step, then bounced down two steps to the bottom. Luckily, nothing breakable was inside this time, but I worry about future deliveries. A neighbor mentioned experiencing a similar issue. I kindly request that you remind drivers to handle packages with care and respect customers' property. Thank you.

My package was supposed to arrive on December 14th, but it keeps getting delayed. The tracking website now states, "We made another delivery attempt on December 17th." I wasn't aware of this attempt as no one knocked on my door or left the package there. The tracking number is [redacted]58.

On Thursday, December 15, [redacted], a FedEx package was delivered to my residence. Unfortunately, the package was stolen from my porch shortly after delivery. I am seeking information about the sender to potentially request a replacement. The delivery driver did not make any attempts to deliver a package to my residence, shared with my roommates. They left a blank tag at the door, providing no essential information like recipient, date, re-delivery attempts, or final delivery details. Despite someone being home, the driver failed to deliver. Contacting customer service proved challenging, as the phone system required a specific tracking or door tag number to connect to a representative. Trying other avenues like chat services or billing led to the same unhelpful outcomes. Even reaching out to Fedex.com's tech support didn't provide much assistance. The agent misunderstood the issue and offered unhelpful scripted responses. They did not allow for an escalation, resulting in a frustrating 25-minute call with no resolution before being hung up on.

Tracking number: [redacted]70. I was informed that my package was delivered, but I have not received it. I have surveillance video footage at the door that shows no delivery was made. I am confused why it shows as delivered. I am looking for an explanation. Reviewed the footage, and it is clear the courier did not deliver my package as stated.
