We moved to a new address, contacted you about the move said that you would send us a box to send your equipment back to you. We never received the box but now you’ve sent us a bill for $***.**. We will be happy to send you the router ( we can’t use it anyway) if you will send us the box like you stated. We are not paying you for this item.
