Resolving a Geico claim is a joke. Geico requires an inspection with a Geico agent, whose appointment times are very limited. Trying to get in touch with a human to schedule an inspection is a laugh. I've called * different numbers several times with no call back. If you were my ins co, I would cancel my policy. Perhaps if the co spent more money on customer service instead of commercials, you would be able to settle claims in a reasonable and less frustrating manner. It's clear that Geico's business model is bent on the bottom line ONLY and NOT customer service.
GetHuman-stevenzw did not yet indicate what GEICO should do to make this right.
