Our email expired. We renewed online but it states that we are out of the system. Our customer number is *******. Confirmation number is **********. It stated that a receipt has been sent to *****@***.com but as noted above we cannot access the email. Is this because the email had expired? We made the payment of $**.** and would like our email back up. Thank you.
