Dear Sir/Madam, I recently received a call from Officer Richard Anderson from the Consumer Protection Agency in NYC regarding a $[redacted],[redacted] Good Housekeeping Award that I allegedly won but never claimed. He provided me with a claim number (AX4570RD) and instructed me to contact Good Housekeeping at [redacted]. After verifying with Good Housekeeping, they confirmed I am a winner. However, when Officer Anderson mentioned I would have to pay 1% to insure the delivery of the check by Fed. Express, I became suspicious. To avoid potential scams, could you please confirm if I am a legitimate winner based on the claim number provided, and if the Consumer Protection Agency is indeed involved in unclaimed sweepstakes drawings? Additionally, I would like to know if winners are required to pay for insurance on the delivery of the check. Thank you for your prompt assistance. If needed, I can be reached at [redacted]. Your call would be greatly appreciated.

My September [redacted] issue didn't arrive, despite reporting it in August and waiting as advised. I mistakenly renewed for another year with my current subscription still valid until March 20. Frustrated, I cancelled my subscription, seeking a refund. I hope to receive the remainder of my current subscription and the refund as promised. This experience has been more disappointing than I've encountered with any other magazine in the past. Typically, missing issues are promptly sent, but this was not the case here, leading to my decision to cancel the renewal and request a refund.

I bought the Keto Diet for Beginners magazine and found an error in the Roasted Pork Loin recipe on page 52. The directions provided were actually for the Garlic-Braised Short Ribs on page 50. I really wanted to try the Roasted Pork Loin with Grainy Mustard Sauce recipe and was hoping to get the correct instructions. The magazine was $12.99, and I was looking forward to trying out this unique recipe. Thank you, Barbara H.

I am experiencing harassment regarding my subscription that is current until March. I paid for a second subscription for Good Housekeeping on 11/4/19 with account number [redacted] to extend my present subscription and receive a free one for a friend. The payment was made on 11/4/19. My original subscription is not due to expire until March. It seems there has been a mix-up between the two subscriptions. Thank you.

I have a concern. Why is Melania Trump featured on your cover? I will not be renewing my subscription until I see Melania Trump on the cover like other first ladies. I enjoy magazines, but I'm canceling all my subscriptions until Melania Trump is featured. This demonstrates disrespect towards our country. It's shameful. By the way, my friends share the same sentiment. I also posted this on Facebook; Good Housekeeping didn't have a problem with it. I hope more individuals notice your actions.

I've been trying to contact Good Housekeeping's editor via email without success. I recently came across an article by Shannon Maglente about the Best Toys of [redacted]. I found the GeoSafari Jr. Talking Microscope listed on Amazon at a higher price. The talking microscope is by Educational Insights, priced at $24.38 with a 51% discount on Amazon. Geared for ages 4-7, it allows preschoolers to explore animals, plants, and household items using easy eyepieces and 20 prepared slides. Kids can learn in Fact Mode and test their knowledge in Quiz Mode. The added voice of Bindi Irwin, a conservation advocate, makes it an engaging and educational tool for children.

I have always found Good Housekeeping recipes to be excellent in every way, so I was delighted when I found the opportunity to subscribe to Good Housekeeping (starting with the January issue), which also included a free recipe book. The book ended up being a great disappointment! Despite having some unusual ingredients that I have used in the past, the recipes were uninspiring and uninteresting, not meeting your usual standards. I offered it to my daughter, a very good cook who uses your recipes too, but she declined it, agreeing with my assessment. I then offered it to a friend with the same result, so I eventually donated it to a charity shop. I would appreciate it if you could send me another recipe book that is up to your usual high standard. Thank you. -Jenny D. Email: [redacted]

I recently received a letter from Good Housekeeping magazine stating I owe for gift subscriptions for Crystal McGrath and Lani Stanturf from Hawaii. These subscriptions were supposedly refilled automatically, which I never requested. This billing practice undermines my trust in Good Housekeeping, a publication I once respected. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of these unordered magazine refills and ask not to receive any further bills.

I sent a card and payment for 3 magazines in November [redacted]. I was expecting to receive Good Housekeeping and Woman's Day from December and Southern Living. While I got the first 2 after emailing multiple times in March [redacted], I have yet to receive Southern Living. Please send Southern Living to my new address starting June [redacted] at: W7371 Butterfly Lane Shiocton, WI [redacted] Account # [redacted] Thank you. Penny F.

Account #[redacted]: I requested to cancel my subscription in April, and Good Housekeeping offered a reduced rate of $7.87 for a year, which I accepted. Despite this, I received another invoice for $8.00 due on May 8th, which I paid early on May 1st. Now, I have received a new invoice for $8.00 due by June 3rd, [redacted]. I want to understand why I am still receiving invoices and would like to stop them. I have decided not to pay this latest bill until this issue is resolved. If this continues, I may need to cancel my subscription permanently. Judy H.

In February [redacted], I renewed my subscription to Good Housekeeping magazine for two years, which included receiving email updates of short blog articles a few times a week. Recently, I encountered an issue where the online articles are now blocked, claiming I don't have a subscription and asking for an additional $30 for a service I've already paid for. Additionally, it now requires a password for sign-in, which wasn't previously necessary, and I can't remember the password I used for renewal. Despite attempting to reset my password using my email, it says I don't have an account, which is incorrect because I've been a GH subscriber for many years. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged that my subscription should include the email articles. I'd like the block removed for the remainder of my subscription and prefer not to have to sign in to access the email articles. If signing in is necessary, I'll need assistance in retrieving or setting up a new password. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Candy L. Moore, and my address is [redacted] Wager St, Columbus, OH [redacted]. Tonight, I contacted my bank to inquire about a withdrawal of $19.97 on August 24, [redacted], and they informed me it was from Good Housekeeping. I am currently not working and require that money to pay for my daily prescriptions. I do not wish to renew my subscription at this time and kindly request that the $19.97 be refunded to my bank account to cover my medical expenses. Once I am employed again, I intend to resubscribe. However, for now, I urgently need that money for my medication. My prescriptions will be available for me to collect tomorrow morning. Your assistance in reissuing the funds into my account would be greatly appreciated.

On Friday morning, November 4, [redacted], I received a call from the Consumer Protection Bureau at 9:45 AM from Officer Jim Clayton. He mentioned I had won a prize from Good Housekeeping and provided me with the code (R[redacted]3M). After contacting customer service, I was instructed to send an email to feedback.com. However, at 5:08 PM, I received an email from mailer daemon@yahoo stating that the message could not be delivered. Today, on November 5, [redacted], when I called Good Housekeeping, the customer service representative did not provide me with any information and abruptly ended the call. I believe your company has a strong reputation, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone regarding this matter. I can be contacted via email at (richardmay6871@att,net) or at [redacted]. Regardless of the outcome, I would like to receive clarity on whether I have indeed won the prize.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They said I won second place in the Good Housekeeping Sweepstakes dated July 28, [redacted], and mentioned they received funds that were originally meant for me. They are asking for $[redacted] for a refundable surety bond. While I suspect this might be a scam, I am unsure if I am potentially missing out on a legitimate prize. Can anyone confirm if such a sweepstakes took place, or if this is a valid opportunity?

I tried to make a payment for my current subscription using my credit card online, but it keeps saying that the number is invalid, which is not the case. I've received notices about non-payment and I'm concerned my card is still being charged despite the issue. I need this fixed promptly to avoid any credit bureau implications. Please contact me via email to provide instructions on how to resolve this. I also want to ensure that my subscription will not renew after it expires in April [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently signed up for a special offer to receive Country Living and Good Housekeeping magazines at a discounted rate. I sent in the completed offer along with the $19.97 payment for one year of each magazine to Country Living as instructed. Despite this, I am receiving multiple invoices from Good Housekeeping stating that my subscription is expiring and requesting additional payment. My subscription with Good Housekeeping is not expiring, and I have already paid for the one-year subscriptions for both magazines through Country Living. I am being continuously billed by Good Housekeeping, which feels like harassment. I kindly ask to update your records accordingly and verify my paid subscriptions with Country Living for both magazines. Thank you for your assistance. Norma P. I ordered the Baker set from the December [redacted] issue of Good Housekeeping on January 22, [redacted] through QVC.co/GH. I lost my tracking number and have not received any updates on my order, even though it was charged to my VISA card. Can someone assist me in checking the status of my order as I haven't received it yet, and it has been almost a month since I placed the order? I am eager to receive the item and would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you, C.L. Johns.

Hello, As the summer approaches and I begin to use my magazines more frequently, I realized that I have not been receiving copies of some of my renewed magazine subscriptions. I have a total of four subscriptions: Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day, Prevention, and Women's World. For Good Housekeeping, although it was renewed through March [redacted], I have not received a magazine since September [redacted]. I have sent separate emails for each missing subscription, and this message specifically addresses the missing issues of Good Housekeeping. I have included the mailing label details below for reference. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. #GHK[redacted]/2# [redacted] MAR23 [redacted] Julie H. I recently received a copy of your magazine addressed to Kimberly Kalousek at my address. I, Linda Gleckel, reside at [redacted] Griffith Lake Drive, DE. I am unfamiliar with Kimberly and her location. I assume she will be upset knowing her subscription is misdelivered. I appreciate your prompt attention to rectifying this issue promptly to ensure Kimberly receives the product she paid for. Thank you, Linda K. Gleckel
