I'm experiencing difficulties setting up Google Pay on my phone. After attempting to verify with my bank, I receive an error stating: "Your card couldn't be added. Please contact your card issuer for more information." This issue persists even with a different card and after contacting my bank multiple times, they suggest contacting Samsung as they believe my phone may not be compatible. Samsung confirmed my phone is compatible and advised reaching out to Google Pay for assistance. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a live customer service representative through any of Google Pay's contact numbers. I'm hoping for a resolution to enable me to use Google Pay for transportation soon. Your prompt assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My bank recently issued me a new debit card as a routine security measure. This required me to update my card information across various accounts, like Google and Netflix. While I value Google's security, I've found it challenging to update my billing information on Google compared to other platforms. My Google account was temporarily put on hold on Oct. 3, [redacted], but was successfully recovered on Oct. 6, [redacted] without receiving a verification code. Despite this, I enjoy Google's rewards system and participating in activities like Opinion Rewards. I prefer making purchases through Google for the rewards it offers and would like to resolve the issue of not receiving the verification code promptly to continue using the platform confidently. Thank you, Cindy.

I have been dealing with unauthorized charges on my card via Google Pay. Despite my card being frozen due to suspicious activity, there were charges for subscriptions on gay websites that I did not authorize. This has caused me a lot of distress, and I am seeking a full refund for the unauthorized transactions. It is important to resolve this issue promptly. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] to address this matter efficiently. The charges appear to be from Grinder and Scruff websites, which I have no affiliation with. I urge for quick action to rectify this situation and restore the status of my Google Pay account.

Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that I mistakenly transferred money to the wrong mobile account. Instead of sending the money to my son's account ending in [redacted], I sent it to mobile account no [redacted], which does not have Google Pay. The amount has been debited from my account. I kindly request your assistance in refunding the amount of RS [redacted]/- that was sent to the incorrect account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the transaction report for your reference. Thank you.

My Google Pay account has been suspended. I have been in contact with multiple Google representatives in the past three weeks. I provided my government ID for verification and shared my Payment Profile number. A helpful gesture was made by one Google representative who temporarily increased my storage so I wouldn't lose any data during this process. Despite the polite but scripted responses, the problem still remains unresolved.

I encountered an issue with my transaction on Google Pay on December 28th. The transaction got stuck and displayed an error message, resulting in the debiting of the amount from my bank account without crediting the merchant. I promptly raised a ticket and attempted to resolve the problem, however, the transaction eventually went through to the merchant after 5-6 hours. As a result, the transaction was processed twice from my account. I request a refund of the duplicate charge. Google Pay should have a cancellation option when transactions get stuck.

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with my Google Pay account. I accidentally clicked on the "sign out" option, and now when I try to log back in, it prompts me to activate my account. However, when I click on "activate" to link my bank account, it attempts to send an SMS but I am not receiving it. The system then says it is unable to send the SMS and prompts me to retry. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been on suspension since October [redacted], and I am unsure of the reason. I have not received any emails explaining the suspension. Despite reaching out to support, I have not been able to get assistance. Recently, I traveled for an hour and a half to open an account with Bank of America, only to face issues when attempting to connect it online. I received an error message stating, "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-IEH-01]." I am seeking clarification on the cause of my suspension and guidance on resolving this matter.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a Google Pay transaction issue. My father accidentally sent money to a new email account I created due to being locked out of my old email. I managed to forward $[redacted] to a friend and used the remaining $[redacted] for transactions until I was prompted to provide a PIN that I never set up. My friend allegedly sent back the $[redacted], but I don't see it in my account. Now, I have $[redacted] of my father's money in limbo, as I can't access the email where it was sent. I value using Google Pay and want to resolve this by verifying my identity if needed. I can email my ID for verification. Urgent assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Amy McGoldrick.

I encountered an individual on Facebook pretending to sell high-value dogs. He claimed he could deliver the dogs after receiving a down payment. I used G Pay to send $[redacted] twice, totaling $[redacted], for a dog. The person went by the name Mason C Paul on Facebook but had me send the money to Deenarrious Johnson. After some communication, I requested a refund, and the individual denied it and then blocked me. I am seeking assistance in stopping the payment and getting my $[redacted] back, which was sent through G Pay to Deenarrious Johnson at 3:03 PM and 3:04 PM.

My name is Dawn Snell, and I am reaching out regarding a situation involving Brenda Randolph, who suffered a stroke recently. Unfortunately, $[redacted].81 worth of games were accidentally purchased on her Google Play account. I need assistance in canceling her account and obtaining a refund for these charges. While Brenda's email, [redacted], may be linked to the account, I am uncertain about additional details. Brenda's contact information is currently unavailable; however, I can receive messages on her behalf via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

I downloaded an app called Pulse, but I did not intend to buy it; I believe it was a subscription. On March 16th, they charged me $32.42. I contacted them via email, and they claimed they cancelled the subscription, assuring me that I wouldn't be charged again. However, I was charged another $32.42. Even though I never used the app, they still charged me on March 16th and again recently. I initially considered letting the first charge go, but being charged again within a month is unacceptable. They seem unable to resolve the issue, only communicating through emails. I am requesting a full refund as I have never utilized the subscription. Thank you for looking into this.

I recently discovered that my Google Pay account is being accessed from another device without my knowledge. There appears to be a group of individuals collaborating globally to hack into phones and misuse personal information. Despite not setting up Google Pay myself, it seems someone is using my identity for self-employment through github.com related to HR technology, making bookings on booking.com in various locations like California, Canada, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Korea, Texas, Delaware, Atlanta, and Colorado. Additionally, my location history on Google shows activity in California even though I reside in Texas. I kindly request assistance in monitoring this suspicious activity to uncover the extent of the intrusion.

I have multiple devices that are being used for Google Pay by various users. Someone named Nicole Patel seems to be involved. There are suspicious activities, such as fake authorizations and unusual Gmails with different codes. I've been struggling with this issue for 5 months and it's overwhelming. I can't access my credit report or Gmail. My Samsung account is also compromised on different devices. I see unknown devices signed in from various locations. I suspect this is happening globally, possibly originating from Canada. There are concerns about my personal information being used for fraudulent activities. Please contact me by email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]-[redacted]. I need urgent help to secure my accounts and prevent further misuse.

During the past NBA basketball season, I realized I was being charged twice for my league pass subscription. Although Google Pay shows I have no subscription, I am still being billed. The charges are coming from Secaucus NJ Card Recurring ($15.89) and Google NBA League.co/helppay ($15.89). I have been experiencing this issue for a while and would like to understand what is causing it, as I do not require either subscription at the moment.

I'm having trouble making a payment on Google Play using Google Pay to purchase an app. The system keeps trying to use my old Google Pay account instead of the new one that I have connected to my phone and account now. How can I resolve this issue and switch it to use my current, updated account for payments instead of the old one?

I purchased a $25 Google Play card with a scratched-off back. When my husband scratched it, most of the numbers were removed, making it unusable. I returned it to Harris Teeter, who advised me to contact their corporate office. After reaching out to them, they directed me to contact you for resolution. I am eager to play my games and would appreciate your assistance. Missing out on gaming all weekend was disappointing, especially considering the $25 loss is significant to me. Unlike this card, I'm accustomed to peel-off backs like those on Amazon cards, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue since I started buying them in December.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Google Play gift card, but I am having trouble redeeming the funds on it. It's becoming quite frustrating as I needed that money for some important things. Besides that, I am unable to redeem the funds, and I noticed there's another agency's number for insurance on the back of the card. The number on the back of the card is 1-[redacted], if I remember correctly. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue as it's really beginning to upset me.

I recently updated my password for [redacted] but couldn't log in afterward. I desperately need to access my account as it holds all the photos of a significant incident on 3-15-[redacted] at The Malad Gorge in Idaho. These photos are unique, and only I possess them. Additionally, my YouTube account with valuable comments and replies from well-wishers and our GoFundMe supporters is linked to this email. Back in [redacted], my life took a turn when my sisters evicted us from our family property after our mother's passing. Those particular photos from that time frame are crucial, and losing access to them is devastating. I've cherished this email account for over two decades. Please consider assisting me in resetting my password; these photos are more than just images, they tell the story of our survival at The Gorge.
