My Motorola Stylus G phone suddenly stopped working with Google services. Unable to turn it on or access any apps or data, I had to switch to a new phone, Schok Volt SV55, after the SIM card issue. While setting up the new phone, I couldn't sign in to my Google account due to the account not being linked to the new device, leaving me locked out of vital apps like my medical records and bill payments. Needing to back up important information stored in the old phone, including family photos, I've been struggling to regain access. Please help me recover my Google account - I am currently unable to log in, access emails, or connect to crucial apps like Facebook, YouTube, Gmail, and my patient portal. More than 10 years ago, I purchased a company from a friend who provided me with an email account connected to the business. Despite the purchase, he retained administrative control of the email account, resulting in my recent suspension due to issues that require admin intervention. To rectify this, I initiated the process to become a super admin for my user email by updating the CNAME record through GoDaddy for Google verification. After successful verification, Google indicated they would provide an update within one business day, but since my email account is suspended, I'm concerned about receiving their response. Although I can access the account on my iPhone, attempting to do so on other devices prompts a suspension message. I'm unsure if Google will lift the suspension to allow me to verify and gain super admin access. I have found limited assistance in Google Workplace support forums, so any guidance on restoring access to the email is appreciated. Thank you in advance for any advice on this matter.

When I turned on my Android mobile phone this morning, it prompted me to reset the device. After following the steps and receiving a "Success" message, it requested info on my Google account. I entered my email address but got stuck when it asked for the name on the account. I entered William Colton, which I confirmed online, but keep getting told no account with that information exists. I've tried various other details like my phone numbers and different emails, all leading to the same result of no account found. Without the Google account, my phone is unusable. I need assistance in recovering my Google account or guidance on creating a new one to regain access to my phone.

I recently deleted a Google email address that I now urgently need to recover. The address is amaranth.editorial.google.com and was linked to my main Google account, [redacted] The reason I deleted it was due to Google flagging questionable activity, which usually turns out to be legitimate from one of my devices. In need of the username for my new editing business on fiverr.com, I would like to use amaranth.editorial as my business name instead of something unprofessional like 'amaranth72'. I didn't anticipate Google permanently blocking the username after deletion. Could you kindly assist me in recovering this email address? Thank you for your help in advance.

I have been charged $69.99 for a LinkedIn membership unknowingly. Due to my limited income being on Social Security Disability, this charge is not affordable for me. I contacted Google and received a refund for one charge, but I recently realized I was charged twice, including on August 5th. I kindly request a refund for the second $69.99 charge from August. I have been charged $69.99 twice by LinkedIn without my consent, on 8/5/[redacted] and 9/5/[redacted]. I have only received a refund for the first charge but not for the second. I received an email about a 'critical activity message' prompting me to sign in to my Google account for security reasons. However, I am having trouble logging in as I keep getting stuck in a loop. Even though my email and password are accepted, I receive a verification code on my landline that is hard to hear due to the speed at which it's spoken. The six digits are challenging to discern, and despite my efforts, I am unable to successfully input the code. I see a pre-filled letter G in the verification box, and I add the 6 digits afterward as instructed. Unfortunately, there is no UK phone number provided for assistance with this issue. I have spent over an hour today attempting to log in without success. Your guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I have been charged twice, on August 5th and September 5th, for a LinkedIn membership that I did not intentionally purchase. I am older and not very tech-savvy. Being physically disabled and living only on Social Security Disability income, I cannot afford these charges. I managed to get a refund for one charge through Google, but later discovered the second charge from August was not refunded. I kindly request a refund for the August charge of $**.** as well. Lately, I've been experiencing an issue with my emails. They all seem to begin with either "Confirmation receipt" followed by a number or with some type of sales pitch. These emails are mostly going directly to my spam folder, so I believe they are new. I didn't request these emails, but as I'm not very knowledgeable about technology, I might have accidentally interacted with something I shouldn't have. How can I revert back to the way my email used to be before? The current situation with all these unfamiliar emails is really bothering me. I have also observed that the search box now includes "list:(<.[redacted].xt.local>)". I didn't input this information, and it is the same across all these recent emails. What is the significance of this?

Hello, I need help retrieving an email I permanently deleted from my Gmail account on Tuesday night (9/27). The sender, an unknown person, claims to have compromising photos or videos of me using a pornographic site and is threatening to send them to everyone in my Contacts list if I don't respond within 76 hours. I was repulsed by the email, deleted it, and can't find it in my Trash folder. Comcast Xfinity suggested reaching out to Google Security and Privacy but the phone number given, [redacted], did not work. I have been unable to speak to anyone at Google despite numerous attempts. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account because I have forgotten my password. I am unable to resolve the issue through the password recovery option. I am eager to regain access to my account as soon as possible. The Gmail account in question was active between [redacted] and [redacted] while I was in New Zealand. After returning to mainland China, I have not used the account for a few years. Yesterday, on September 28, [redacted], I attempted to log in to the account from a new device that I had never used before. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in logging in due to forgetting my password. I do recall the Gmail address, security questions, a secondary email address, and a mobile phone number that were associated with the account. When trying to recover the password, Gmail prompts me to send a verification code to a mobile number linked to the account, which I no longer have access to. The mobile number is from New Zealand and is no longer in use.

I recently moved from Saudi Arabia to Bangladesh, and I am encountering issues with accessing my Gmail account. Since I am now in Bangladesh, I no longer have access to my old Saudi Arabia phone number ending in [redacted] to receive the verification code. I am unable to recover my account using my new number currently. Hello, my name is Ernest Martin Jr. I recently lost access to my Google account and email due to not being able to use my previous phone number, [redacted], which I used for setting up my account. Being unemployed, I cannot afford a new phone. With the two-factor authentication in place, I am unable to access my email on a different device. Metro by T-Mobile advised me to cancel my Google account to bypass the security layer, but even after getting a free government phone, I am still locked out. I am now contacting you through my daughter's tablet as my government phone has no access. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've been searching for assistance regarding a concerning situation with my Xbox account. A few months ago, I encountered an individual on Xbox who seemed to know personal details like my phone number and banking information. This person offered to help with my account issues after I was banned briefly for an incident in GTA Online. Despite declining their offer multiple times, strange events have been occurring on my account, such as missing in-game currency and unauthorized changes to my avatar and missions. Recently, I tried to purchase a new in-game property using a prepaid gift card, but the transaction failed, indicating it had already been redeemed. I've been trying to resolve an issue since the end of June, but I'm not getting the help I need from Google or the experts I've contacted. I keep receiving the same information repeatedly without anyone taking the time to understand my situation. Step Two: Enter Your Password I entered my password, clicked "Next," successfully. Step Three: (First Step of Two-Step Verification) The system prompted me to "Get Code" and verify my previously added phone number ending in ••••••••88. I entered my phone number: [redacted]8, received the code via SMS, entered it, clicked "Next," successfully. Step Four: (Second Step of Two-Step Verification) Encountered an issue here as there are three emails listed, with the second and third both displaying "Receive Code via pri•••••@rew•••••.••.••." This email was from when I was a principal at a Chinese school over a decade ago and is no longer valid. The first email listed is [redacted], the email I am trying to unlock, but using a locked email to receive a code is impossible due to this system error. This login issue is solely due to the inability to proceed with the second step verification because of this system error. I kindly request you to liaise with your account system management to manually correct this system error, delete the erroneous email information, including my previous work email from the Chinese school, and add my current contact email, [redacted], to receive verification codes, allowing the second step verification process to be successful. My Gmail account is [redacted] I lost my phone about 60-90 days ago and forgot my account password. As a result, I'm unable to sign in. When I try to reset my password, it requires a recovery code sent to my mobile number and another code to be checked in my account inbox. Unfortunately, since I no longer have my phone, I can't access these codes. Please assist me in recovering my account without relying on the [redacted] inbox, as I no longer have access to the previous phone where the second code was sent. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my email linked to my Pinterest account. I forgot the password and when I try to verify my identity, it asks for an old number that I no longer have. I would like to reset the number to receive a verification code and change my password. I have a separate personal account with a new number.

I bought a saree while watching a live telecast on the Messho app from Shivaay NX on September 22nd. I received my order on October 5th, and unfortunately, the saree was stained, torn, and dirty. I requested an exchange the next day, and Shivaay NX scheduled a replacement for October 9th. However, the same issue occurred with the replacement. I tried to return the saree but no one came to collect it as promised. After multiple calls and efforts, the item was finally picked up. This experience was frustrating, as online shopping is meant to save time and provide convenience. When customers pay full price, they expect good quality products and efficient service. I believe companies should prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid such inconveniences. If the company does not address these issues, I may consider filing a complaint with the consumer forum.
