I had purchased some tickets for country Wayne straight out the mud I have been trying to get in touch with you guys since March to get a refund because we didn't know that we had to take a cover test we didn't I didn't read the fine print and I never could get in touch with you guys no one never gave me a call back or email or anything I talked to the I guess y'all robot thing messaging thing but it never gave me nothing like really to get a refund

GetHuman-blkgld did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
