As an existing consumer card holder, I have recently moved to Chula Vista after paying off my card. I am now unsure how to notify you of my change of address. Previously residing at [redacted] Cochran Avenue, San Diego, CA [redacted], I have now relocated to [redacted] Burnet Ave, Van Nuys, CA [redacted]. I prefer not to provide my Social Security number online but can share my new address. I have not closed my Home Depot Account and currently have autopay set up with Union Bank. I have found your website difficult to navigate for someone like me who is unfamiliar with online processes. My son-in-law used to handle my Home Depot payments from Cochran Avenue before switching to autopay from my checking account. Any guidance on updating my address would be greatly appreciated.

At the Aberdeen, Maryland store on April 26, [redacted], around 1:00pm EST, I visited the Pro Register #1 to purchase wood window casing trim among other items. The cashier struggled to find the skew for the trim, asking me to take a picture of it. Upon my return, the cashier had canceled my order and was assisting another customer, prompting me to wait in line again. Unhappy with the service, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I shared my disappointment with the Store Manager, "Angie," and expressed my intention to take my business to Lowe’s Northeast Maryland instead.

I'm very disappointed with my recent orders. I purchased four different cutting lengths of vinyl floor sheeting, but they arrived all on one roll. This has been extremely difficult for my wife and me, both of us in our 80s. Additionally, the delivery driver claimed he couldn't access our street, so we had to meet him a block away and load it onto a pickup. Despite being promised delivery of a fridge we bought with cash on April 9 for April 28, they now say it won't arrive until May 1 due to a truck breakdown. Initially, I ordered a hitch from Etrailer with an expected delivery between May 3-6. However, upon seeing a popup in my email from Home Depot offering the same item for $6 less with a delivery scheduled for Friday, April 30, I decided to cancel my Etrailer order and purchase from you. I received confirmation for a Friday delivery and even set up an installation appointment for Saturday. Unfortunately, on Friday night, I was informed that the item would not be delivered until Monday, and then on Monday, I received another email stating the delivery was delayed until Tuesday. I am disappointed that the true delivery date was not accurately represented when I made my purchase, unlike Etrailer's transparency. This experience has left me frustrated, as I usually experience better service with Home Depot.

I purchased a patio set from Home Depot with guaranteed delivery by Friday, May 7, [redacted], needed for an event on Sunday. Despite tracking the Fedex package showing a Friday delivery, it was postponed to Saturday end of day, then rescheduled for Sunday. Unacceptable, as Sunday wouldn't work for me. After contacting Home Depot customer service via text, I was told they can't control FedEx delays, suggesting truck issues or other factors contributed. An apology was given. A follow-up survey on shopping at Home Depot again. I took screenshots of the conversation.

This morning, I visited your Los Lunas NM store seeking to buy gutters for my home. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any staff near the gutters section. Upon approaching five employees near the entrance, none could assist me and had to call an employee who didn't know about gutters. I was informed that the knowledgeable staff member was absent. It was frustrating as a customer needing simple information. I eventually went to Lowes for assistance.

I've been waiting for six days now for the scheduled pick-up of a Home Depot lawnmower that I need to return. The lawnmower arrived as an open box with some missing items. Home Depot customer service has been assisting me in contacting the shipping company, NSD Shipping. Unfortunately, NSD Shipping has not provided a confirmed time and date for the pick-up. I've tried reaching out through emails, their website's chat line, return phone calls, and even leaving voicemails, but have not received any response. It's been six days already, and I'm still waiting for their reply. Sitting on hold for long periods on 1-[redacted] has been quite frustrating.

Claim Issue - Lead/PO# F[redacted]2 Hello, my name is Fenicia B. and I live at [redacted] Pestle Lane. I recently had two custom closets installed in March [redacted]. Shortly after, I noticed a leak from my upstairs bathroom in my new build home. After inspection by a plumber from Ryan Homes, it was discovered that two holes drilled into the pipe from my bedroom closet caused the leak. This issue only arose after the closet installation. I have attached images taken by the plumber during the inspection. Initially, I was dissatisfied with the closet's craftsmanship, but I didn't address it as my wife was happy with it. However, given this plumbing problem, I am now disappointed with Home Depot and the products I purchased. I am seeking to discuss the financial responsibility Home Depot should accept and to explore the removal or replacement of the closet. I am looking forward to a prompt response from your team. I made an online purchase on March 27th, with an expected delivery date of April 6th. Both items were charged to my credit card. One item arrived on April 11th, I returned it and got a refund. The other item is still "PROCESSING" and has not been shipped. I no longer need the item and would like a refund of $[redacted] that was charged. I have contacted customer service four times, and they refuse to cancel the order. Instead, they insist I return it once it arrives, but cannot provide a timeline for the delivery. I purchased a John Deere Z355R riding lawn mower on 5/25/21 with a scheduled delivery date of 5/31/21. I received the package with two keys and paid in full. On 5/30/21, I was notified via text that delivery would be the following day. I called at 6:25 pm as it was supposed to arrive by 8:00 pm, only to be told it had been sold to someone else. They offered me $[redacted] compensation, which I find inadequate considering I, as an ER physician, waited the entire day with no courtesy call. This has resulted in a minimum loss of $[redacted] for me. It is unethical and potentially illegal for them to sell my mower after providing me with keys and documentation. I purchased a central A/C system from your Halfmoon, NY store on January 25, [redacted]. It was installed by Holbrook Heating and A/C. Unfortunately, the system has never worked properly since the installation, despite multiple service calls. The issue lies in the A/C not properly cooling the attached apartment. After giving up on Holbrook, I contacted Roland J. Downs for assistance. They identified that the ductwork is incorrect and needs repair. This crucial issue should have been addressed during the initial service call. Feeling frustrated about spending $13,[redacted] on a system that doesn't work, I had to resort to using window units in the apartment where an elderly handicapped woman resides. As a disabled Vietnam veteran on a fixed income, I cannot afford the cost of correcting the ductwork problem.

Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to discuss the freezer delivery that took place on June 9, [redacted]. Upon purchasing the freezer with curbside delivery, I expected to receive a notification the evening before delivery but never did. On the morning of June 9th, I attempted to contact the delivery number and was transferred to the main menu multiple times. After a lengthy one-hour phone call with three different assistants, I still had no information regarding the delivery status. Fortunately, I was home when I received a call from the delivery person stating they were 10 minutes away that afternoon. Upon inspecting the freezer later that day, I discovered a dent on the side (photos available). I am requesting either a new freezer with improved communication for delivery or a partial refund. I would like to report store manager Chris at store #[redacted], phone number [redacted]. He would not consider helping me when they delivered [redacted] pounds of manure and humus without asking me for instructions on where to place it and left. I had waited all day, and as soon as I missed the delivery guy, he left. Every previous delivery was placed appropriately by the driver, so this experience was disappointing. The manager offered me a policy explanation and provided a false number to a non-existent driver, knowing it was a corporate voicemail number. This treatment was horrific considering I am a regular customer. I recently bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot (customer order number [redacted], phone number [redacted]). It was installed, but it started leaking afterward.
