I have not received credit for a pet that was suppose to go on flight**** on ******. The confirmation code was JDSCEH. I canceled at least over a week before the flight. I talked with a customer service person and gave her my credit card number I used to pay for the fare. She told me me it was going to take at least ** business days, it's been more than a month now.
