Hello,*On September **th, ****, I purchased * round trip tickets (NYC - HOUSTON). The price for each blue ticket cost me $***. *While going through the purchase process, the JetBlue website offered that if I apply for a JetBlue credit card and approved, I will get a $*** statement credit due to the purchase of these tickets. I have applied, got approved and the Itinerary was confirmed. Here is the confirmation number: Confirmation code *AXMVSB *I have all screenshots if you need them. *While the credit card was on the way, I did not bother to recheck any of my itineraries. Yesterday, when received my credit card and looked at my online transactions, I did not see any money was taken to pay off the tickets!! I was surprised and quickly checked my JetBlue account. There, I see the message says the "Status: Canceled" *I did not receive any email regarding this or any phone calls. I have done everything right and I request you to honor the price of the tickets for the date I purchased for. We are joining an important event. *I have called your customer service yesterday and after a long wait, I was able to talk to one of them. After listening to what has happened, he wanted to talk to his supervisor and put me on hold. A minute later, the call was dropped. Since then I have been trying to reach customer service but it asks me to wait more than *** minutes! *Please help!
