I am reaching out on behalf of someone that had flight cancelled multiple times due to Lufthansa not flying into a certain region for months. Had to book flight with another airline in order to travel. Still have not received refund for the flight originally booked through JustFly. Speaking with someone there is not possible. Paying for * flights out of the country (US) was very expensive. Need refunded as soon as possible.
GetHuman-flsteele did not yet indicate what JustFly should do to make this right.
