I made a booking for my nephew's family of four to travel to Seattle last August. The booking number with JustFly is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and the Lufthansa confirmation number is QZJG5Y. I spoke with Lufthansa and they confirmed that the flights are refundable, but you must contact them directly for the refund process. Please reach out to them at 1 [redacted] for refund authorization. Additionally, there was a $[redacted] charge for seat reservations that I would like to be refunded as well. My daughter and I were planning to travel to Peru in the summer with a ticket booked through Justfly. Our flight got canceled due to the coronavirus, and we were issued a travel credit. In December, we tried to use the credit for a trip to Costa Rica. Justfly confirmed the credit request and mentioned they were in the process of arranging the flights. However, despite receiving a response on December 31st assuring us of a quick update, we have not heard anything since then and have been unable to reach them. We urgently need to know the status of our booking as we are planning to volunteer and require flight details for further preparations. Our booking numbers are [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for the return ticket between Vienna and San José (Costa Rica).

I need assistance retrieving my reservation number from February of last year. It involves a booking with Delta Airlines for which Delta Airlines requires a correct reservation number to redeem travel credit. Despite having a Delta reservation number provided in the email confirmation, Delta claims it is incorrect. They advised reaching out to you for the accurate reservation number. The JustFly booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], the Delta Confirmation Number is G83TDF, and the reservation was made on 2/23/20. I recently booked a flight through Justfly and noticed a mistake in my last name, which is Washington, not Wasu. I have tried reaching out to Justfly multiple times but have only encountered automated messages until I finally spoke with a representative who provided me with another number to call. American Airlines directed me back to Justfly for assistance. My flight is scheduled for Wednesday, 03/[redacted], and I am traveling with my daughter who has a mild learning disability and cannot travel alone. I have already made arrangements for a hotel and rental car. Despite submitting a form to correct the name, I have not received any updates or emails regarding the situation. I am unable to review the changes the airline made to my reservation after contacting both JustFly and WestJet multiple times unsuccessfully. I can't comprehend the adjustments the airline implemented for my upcoming flight back to Canada on February 4th. If flights are unavailable on this date, I would appreciate assistance from the customer service center to reschedule it for May 1st. Last year, a friend and I had to cancel our trip to Ireland due to COVID. We had booked through JustFly and received a credit for a future booking. On January 29th, I attempted to apply the credit for a new trip in September, but it didn't work on JustFly's website. Despite speaking to JustFly's customer service, they were unable to assist with canceling the new booking and applying the credit. When reaching out again on Monday, they directed me to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus mentioned that the 24-hour cancellation window had passed, leaving me in a frustrating situation. I am simply seeking to cancel the current booking to use my credit and rebook the same flight through JustFly without losing the credit. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon as I look forward to visiting Ireland.

Last year, my flight was canceled due to the pandemic in March [redacted]. In exchange, I received a credit of USD [redacted] for future reservations. Since December [redacted], I have been attempting to rebook my ticket but faced difficulties because the dates were not available. Despite my efforts to rebook since last week, the agents informed me they need to contact Aerolineas Argentina for the change, which has been challenging as Aerolineas Argentina is closed and not answering calls. Even after explaining this to the agency, JustFly, they continue to try calling. Now, I am distressed because my credit is expiring tomorrow (February 3rd), and I risk losing USD [redacted] if not used. I have requested an extension of at least one month to keep trying to rebook and to contact Aerolineas. I am feeling helpless as it seems no one is taking my concerns seriously, and I fear losing the credit despite my efforts to resolve the situation.

On 01/16/[redacted], I bought a round trip ticket from Baltimore MD to California LAX and back for $[redacted].56 from JUSTFLY. The Spirit Airlines flight confirmation number is BJV6QH. Following the purchase, I contacted Spirit Airlines Customer Service to inquire about using credits from a previously canceled flight on Friday, June 19, [redacted] with confirmation flight number PB6GNF and value of $[redacted].56. They processed the refund to the account linked to the $[redacted].56 payment confirmation. Spirit Airlines suggested I contact JUSTFLY regarding the funds, as they are the service provider. My JUSTFLY booking ID is [redacted]:[redacted]-[redacted], and they have reimbursed $[redacted].56, ending in [redacted]. I've attempted to contact JUSTFLY without success, even after receiving calls from +1[redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed their calls due to work commitments. Air Canada has refunded my ticket, but I have not received the refund from JustFly yet. I received an email from Aimee at JustFly on Friday, February 19, regarding my booking #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The email informed me that there is a pending refund of $[redacted].80, but they are unable to process it as the credit card on file has expired. They asked me to update my payment information on their support page or provide an email address for a PayPal refund. They also stated not to reply with credit card details for security reasons. If I do not respond within 48 hours, they will consider the case closed. I am unsure if this email is a scam.

I made a reservation for a round trip flight on Egypt Air from Frankfurt, Germany to Cairo for two people, originally for 26 March, then rescheduled it to 18 November [redacted] - 30 November [redacted]. Following a notice on 14 September [redacted] of the flight cancellation, I was informed I had a travel credit to rebook by 6 January [redacted]. In December [redacted], I attempted to rebook for November [redacted] and received an email prompting me to review a quote. I accepted on 30 December [redacted] but have not received any further communication. I have tried to reach out multiple times but have not received any updates. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service and am unable to contact a human representative. Please assist.

I am having trouble retrieving my Generali policy number for Booking Number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The situation got complicated during my return flight scheduled for Dec. 29th on American Airlines Flight [redacted]. Initially, I checked in, assuming I was heading to Des Moines on Dec. 29, [redacted]. However, due to inclement weather, I needed to change my flight to Dec. 30th, but JustFly stated I couldn't make changes after check-in. I ended up contacting American Airlines and paid $[redacted] per traveler to adjust the flight. During our return trip, there was a flight interruption in Dallas due to Covid quarantine, resulting in our flight being canceled. We had to take a connecting flight to Cedar Rapids, arriving late and needing to rent a car to Des Moines. When attempting to file a claim with Generali Travel Insurance, I couldn't find my policy even though I paid for Generali Travel Protection. I am puzzled why JustFly's transaction for my travel insurance wasn't processed. I would appreciate assistance and the opportunity to speak with someone directly.

Hello, I'm Gabriel Bolanos Vargas. I had a flight booked to Portugal through JustFly.com with Booking # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The flight was from NY to Porto with a layover in Madrid, operated by American Airlines through Iberia. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Terminal 7 at JFK Airport, I was denied check-in by Iberia claiming I needed a visa. As a Costa Rican citizen, I am aware that I do not require a visa for the EU. I urgently need to change the dates of my flight to around March 20th as my dear friend is going through a tough time involving a divorce and attempted suicide. His elderly parents cannot travel to be with him, so I must go and support him. I have all the necessary documentation, including a negative PCR test result and a letter from my friend explaining the situation for humanitarian reasons. I used credits to book a flight, but faced bad customer support. After finally booking, I received an email from Delta about an itinerary change. Delta informed me that no flight was booked and that I needed to contact JustFly again. Despite numerous attempts to reach JustFly, I couldn't find a reservation under my name. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My credits are being wasted on a nonexistent flight. I urgently need someone to reach out to me. I am even considering involving a lawyer due to the unsatisfactory service from JustFly. I am requesting a call back and to have my reservations confirmed for PNR HO9DAK. The names on the booking are Tessa F. and Scott T. flying from Minneapolis to Cancun from May 18th to May 24th.

I have provided all the necessary information for my refund request. It has been 10 months, and the refund has not been processed yet, which is extremely disappointing. The ticket was booked through Justfly.com, and they are accountable for this matter. I have been in contact with Alitalia every month, and they confirmed that they refunded JustFly on November 11, [redacted]. The return ticket was canceled due to coronavirus, resulting in a half-price ticket refund of approximately $[redacted].49. I also paid JustFly a $35.00 fee for this transaction. Despite numerous calls and emails to JustFly, they have not provided any updates on my refund status, causing frustration and fatigue. I am considering seeking legal advice to resolve this issue. I purchased a ticket via Just Fly on February 24th with ticket number [redacted][redacted]-90 for a journey from JAX to HRK. Turkish Air recently informed me of a change in my departure airport from JAX to FLL, a location [redacted] miles away. I endeavored to reschedule my flight through Just Fly, and their representative "Blaine" diligently searched for alternatives for 45 minutes. Unfortunately, no options in March or April were available. After contacting Turkish Air, I discovered my reservation was with Jet Blue and that Just Fly could issue a credit to my Discover card. Seeking alternative solutions, Cheap O Air successfully located a flight similar to my original booking. I urgently require the credit to secure this new flight.
