Hello, I’m Bridgett Fox. I recently spoke with Justfly representative Daniel Scott regarding changes to my flights due to a cancellation by an airline. Despite the new itinerary provided by Daniel, it is not reflected on the Justfly website. Additionally, Brussels Airlines debited $1,[redacted].85 from my account twice instead of once for the two tickets I purchased. Daniel assured me this was an error. I kindly request that my updated itinerary be displayed correctly on the website and for the second incorrect charge by Brussels Airlines to be refunded promptly. I have a booking number [redacted]02 for a flight from El Paso, TX to Havana, Cuba for my mother-in-law, Silvia Ramona Acea Ramos. American Airlines informed me that the flights were purchased separately, so Just Fly needs to handle the rescheduling. Due to being in Cuba with only a Cuban phone number, I haven't been able to reach a customer service agent. I urgently need to reschedule both the flight to Havana and the return to El Paso. Regarding JustFly Booking Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], I had to cancel our flight due to the European travel ban. I have been working on obtaining a refund, mainly communicating with Iberia, the airline the ticket was booked with. I've been informed by Iberia that they are prepared to issue a refund, but it needs to be processed through JustFly. The reference number with Iberia is P[redacted]2-[redacted]9. Below is the content of their email: "Dear Ms. G, Regarding booking reference WVPEDC for Mr. N.G., Iberia has successfully resolved the dispute with World Pay and can proceed with your ticket refund. However, you must contact the ticket issuer because Iberia cannot intervene with an intermediary. They will initiate the refund process for you using the appropriate Iberia channels known to travel agents. Best regards, Susana L. Iberia Customer Relations" I am looking forward to a prompt refund. Hello, I require assistance with a specific issue regarding a past booking. On January 28, [redacted], I booked a flight from Havana, Cuba to Miami, Florida for Lisset Novo Leal for travel on April 25, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to cancel this flight on April 14, [redacted]. The airline provided me with a credit of $[redacted].75, which I need to utilize before December 31 of this year. Despite trying to make a new reservation on the website, I am unable to do so. I contacted AA.com, but as I did not book directly with them, they directed me back to you for assistance. If I am unable to make a new reservation, I kindly request a full refund as I am finding it challenging to resolve this matter satisfactorily. I had to cancel our Avianca flight purchased through JustFly due to illness. We paid a cancellation fee and are seeking a refund. Despite multiple emails, we haven't received a response or been able to contact JustFly. We need to confirm if we qualify for a refund or future credit. Hello, I need assistance. My husband and I, both over 70 years old, are booked on flight confirmation number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for our 50th-anniversary celebration and require seats together. Despite contacting Hawaiian Airlines as suggested on your website, they stated we would have to cancel and rebook due to having purchased the cheapest tickets. Unfortunately, I had already paid in full without realizing we couldn't secure adjacent seats. Hello, I recently spoke with a Justfly representative on April 9th regarding my disrupted travel plans due to a canceled SAS flight from Zurich to Copenhagen on April 8th. Unfortunately, I was not informed by SAS about the cancellation and only found out upon arriving at the airport early in the morning. Despite my attempts to reach Justfly by phone, I couldn't get through. Consequently, I had to purchase a Swiss ticket for CHF 1'[redacted].00 to fly from Zurich to San Francisco. Justfly mentioned two weeks ago that SAS would reach out to arrange a refund. However, after not receiving any updates, I contacted SAS, who directed me back to Justfly for assistance. I received an email from AirCanada stating that they are now issuing refunds for all tickets with travel dates on or after February 1, [redacted], and purchased before April 13, [redacted]. The email mentions a change in policy and advises customers who purchased directly with Air Canada to visit aircanada.com/refund to initiate the refund process. For those who didn't purchase directly, they are asked to contact their travel agent. The email also specifies that refunds need to be requested before June 12, [redacted], for flights canceled before April 13, [redacted], to be processed to the original form of payment. After this date, customers can either opt for an Air Canada Travel Voucher or convert the remaining ticket value to Aeroplan points with a 65% bonus. Once the refund is received, customers are instructed to update the Department of Transportation. AirCanada expresses gratitude for customers' patience and understanding while resolving the situation.

I booked flights from Victoria, British Columbia to Budapest through Justfly on February 7, [redacted]. However, the tickets were cancelled due to Covid-19 on May 11, [redacted]. I have been trying to request a refund using the Justfly flight booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], but I keep getting an error message that the number does not exist. I also have an Air Canada confirmation number J7Y4BC, but when I try to enter it on Air Canada's refund form, I am redirected back to the online agency. Even though I received a credit from Justfly valid until May 11, [redacted], now that Air Canada is offering refunds, I am unable to speak to a representative from either Air Canada or Justfly to get my money back. Justfly is not recognizing its own booking number, and Air Canada claims it was purchased through an online agency, so they direct me back to Justfly for assistance. I need help resolving this issue.

I had a flight booked from Portland to Stuttgart that was canceled due to Covid. Despite waiting a year for Germany to reopen, it did not, leading me to contact Just Fly for assistance. After a lengthy wait, I was instructed to reach out to Condor. However, after another long wait, I was advised that Just Fly needed to initiate contact. They mentioned requesting a waiver code, but I was met with a response that Just Fly should be the one contacting Condor. My ticket number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], issued on 2/7/[redacted] under the name Michael Lynn Campbell. I made a reservation through Justfly.com for a flight from Greenville-Spartanburg Airport to Abuja Airport in Nigeria with United Airlines. The flights were supposed to be [redacted] to Washington D.C. and then [redacted] to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I discovered there was no connecting flight from Lufthansa to Abuja once I arrived in Frankfurt. The United Airlines agent assisting me said the next available flight was on 5/1/[redacted] and that Justfly.com would contact me within an hour to reschedule. However, I have not received any communication from them despite numerous attempts to reach out since yesterday afternoon. In June [redacted], I booked a flight from Eugene, OR to Las Vegas for my son and myself, using my debit card. However, I did not receive a confirmation for the booking. When I contacted you, I was asked to make a new booking using a different debit card from another bank. The confirmation I received was for the wrong dates. I was informed that changing the flight would cost an additional $[redacted], and when I requested a refund, it was denied. Despite numerous attempts to reach a customer service representative and multiple hours on the phone and through emails, I had to file a claim with the BBB to eventually receive a refund to one bank account, but not the other. It has been nearly a year, and I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the $[redacted] refund.

Hello, I have been trying to contact Justfly.com via email multiple times, but have not received any responses. My family and I were supposed to fly on April 4, [redacted], from Newark, NJ to Florida, and return on April 10, [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to travel and received credit from Justfly.com. However, we recently discovered that the credit is only valid for one-way travel instead of round trip as we originally thought. While United Airlines has refunded us, JetBlue has informed us that only Justfly.com can help with the refund. Our booking number is [redacted]41 JP8PDQ. Last March [redacted], I had a flight to Ghana that was canceled. South African Airlines are no longer flying, and I have been struggling to get a refund or book another flight. I booked a flight from Dallas to Monterrey, Mexico for May 13 with Vivaaerbus, flight number [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon reaching the Dallas airport, there were no departures as scheduled. I had to purchase another flight to make it to Monterrey. The round trip ticket cost around $[redacted]. On the return trip, I used American Airlines with no issues. I had to spend an additional $[redacted] for a one-way ticket with Viva airlines to reach Monterrey. Hello, I'm Tatiana Rowan. Yesterday, May 23, I booked a flight from Toronto to Moscow with a layover in Frankfurt. The itinerary I received showed a 2 hour 40-minute layover in Frankfurt, but the confirmation and invoice I got stated a different flight from Frankfurt with almost a 10-hour layover. There was no notice of the change from Lufthanza flight [redacted] to [redacted], which is unacceptable to me. I spent all day yesterday trying to reach someone by phone without success. I have called multiple times this morning, but I keep getting the message that they have received my call back request and are working on my file. An agent is supposed to call me shortly. I contacted Condor, and they mentioned that they can't make any changes without JustFly's involvement. They suggested it might be a technical mistake that JustFly needs to address to make the necessary changes. I'm eager for JustFly to resolve this issue promptly. Hello, I am Mr. William Folden and I urgently require assistance with my JustFly booking, with the booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. A series of complications arose since I initially made the reservation. Initially, I booked a flight with American Airlines through JustFly for April 20th from Detroit (DTW) to London Heathrow (LHR) via Charlotte (CTL) on British Airways. Unfortunately, I had to cancel this and was provided with a credit of $6.70 by British Airways. When I rebooked a flight online with JustFly using the credit, there was an issue where the flight got overbooked, and I was rescheduled for another American Airlines flight on June 17th to London. However, I have not received any confirmation email for this new booking. Multiple calls to JustFly have not yielded a solution, and I am unable to use the credit or finalize the booking online.
