I recently purchased a round-trip economy flight from LAX to LHR via JustFly with Booking #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I paid extra to include a checked bag with my fare and received an email from Virgin informing me that my outbound Flight 8 was changed to Flight 24, with both flights now classified as "Economy Light." I want to maintain the original Economy level that includes a checked bag at the price I paid. Virgin advised me to contact JustFly to revert to Economy status without additional charges. Good evening, I am reaching out regarding a discrepancy on my recent justfly.com booking receipt. I am unsure about the $[redacted] charge labeled as "paid seats" as I did not receive the seats I selected through justfly. Instead, I had to contact the airline directly to secure my seats. Therefore, I am questioning the validity of this charge as I only booked tickets through justfly, not seat reservations. This unexpected extra cost is quite significant, almost $[redacted] on top of the original ticket prices. I have attempted to contact customer service but was unable to reach a live representative. Hello, I have a reservation with Justfly, my Booking Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and my Icelandair confirmation number is 3Z8N07. I received a cancellation for my flight from Reykjavik to Helsinki on June 15th, which was rescheduled. However, I have now received another cancellation for my return flight from Helsinki to Reykjavik on July 3rd. I understand Icelandair no longer operates this route and need help changing my return flight. I urgently need to ensure I can make it back on time due to personal reasons. I recently rescheduled our New York to Ljubljana, Slovenia flights under Booking # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. After speaking with an agent on Saturday, May 29, who understood my previous failed rebooking attempts and successfully found new dates, I agreed to pay an extra $[redacted] for premium economy using my credit card. The agent assured me an email with the updated itinerary would arrive in three days, but I have yet to receive it. Surprisingly, my account was not charged, and the unused tickets expired on May 31. I am concerned as I complied with the instructions and now see that the rebooking balance has expired. I have not been notified of any issues via phone or email. Strangely, I just received three emails from Justfly with old reservations but no details about the new booking. It is disappointing, and I trust this can be rectified promptly. I am writing to address the challenges I have faced with booking my flight to Seattle to see my family. Last year, I purchased four tickets, but due to COVID, the flight was canceled, and I received credit. Planning to travel this year from July 9th to July 27th, I attempted to book online with the credit but had to contact customer service. Despite numerous calls since February, I only made progress on June 3rd when I spoke to Austin, who assisted me in booking flights with Delta and Alaska Airlines, for which I was charged $[redacted].99 and $[redacted] respectively. Although I received a confirmation receipt, neither airline has a booking under my name, prompting further unsuccessful attempts to reach customer service since July 3rd. Staff inefficiency has resulted in increased airline prices, making it challenging for me to finalize my travel plans using the $[redacted] credit I hold. I am writing on behalf of Hamish Charles Woodhouse Lee, who was scheduled to fly from Miami to Helsinki on May 3rd. His booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], with Delta confirmation GQJ3SC and ticket number [redacted][redacted]-20. Upon arrival at the airport, he was informed that Finland had implemented a border restriction until May 25th. Delta mentioned he would be eligible for a credit or refund due to booking before the rule change. However, when he tried to rebook two weeks later, he was told the original ticket was not paid for. I have evidence of the payment on a credit card statement. It seems there may be confusion with another booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], which was unpaid and unrelated to Hamish's confirmed ticket [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. There appears to be a discrepancy in locating the record of the paid flight.

While waiting in line at Miami International Airport to catch my flight to Argentina (Booking #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]), I was unexpectedly asked for a certified copy of my birth certificate, which I didn't have with me. Due to a change in immigration requirements, I couldn't board the flight. Now back in Houston, I'm working on obtaining the necessary documents. Once I have them, I just want the option to rebook my flight without requesting a refund. Argentina Airlines advised me to contact you for assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I'm Bouchra K., and I bought my tickets via Justfly. My ticket numbers are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted], totaling $[redacted].72. Due to a Covid-19 cancellation by Justfly, they offered me a voucher valid for 7 months, deducting cancellation fees. I declined the voucher as the timeframe didn't work for me. After many tries, they agreed to a refund that should arrive in 12 to 18 weeks. However, over a year later, I haven't received the $[redacted].72. Justfly's call center is closed, redirecting me to their website, which hasn't been helpful. I seek a prompt refund for booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], confirmation number UZ3MJT. I recently booked a flight with JustFly for Wednesday, but I have yet to receive my itinerary. The reference number provided seems to be incorrect. I have tried calling for the past two days, waiting on hold for over 3 hours each time. If I do not receive confirmation soon, I will escalate this issue to CEO Matthew K. My flight from Greensboro to Austin is scheduled for tomorrow, and I still have no ticket or receipt for the additional $[redacted].00 payment I made on top of my credit from a previous COVID-19 canceled flight. This level of service is unacceptable. Once this is resolved, I will not be using JustFly again. I recently attempted to rebook a JustFly itinerary using credit from a previous cancellation. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. After spending countless hours on hold, I finally spoke with an agent who insisted that my only option was to rebook the exact same multi-city flight I originally cancelled. This was not what I wanted, and when I tried to explore other options on their website, the agent was uncooperative. The new flights she suggested would have cost me significantly more than my original credit, which was unacceptable. It's disappointing that JustFly's customer service is so unhelpful and inflexible. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them to prevent similar issues and potential financial losses.

We received an email from you on June 5, [redacted], regarding a refund for our canceled flights due to Covid. Despite not requesting a refund, one was processed. On January 26, [redacted], we re-booked directly with Copa Airlines for flights CM0807 and CM0288 from JFK departing on June 25 and returning July 6. However, at JFK, we were informed that CM0288 was canceled. After contacting Copa Help Center, we were told a refund request caused the lack of notification. We were issued new tickets for July 27 and returning on July 8 (Order Id BFITOX for both trips), which resulted in another check-in refusal at JFK. The Copa supervisor, Clara Rivillis, intervened and arranged a flight for July 1 to July 8, but only provided a travel certificate for two passengers. Despite contacting her for the remaining reservations, we await her response by June 30. Due to inconveniences, we seek a re-booking for either August 8 returning the 15th or August 12 returning the 19th. Our attempts to resolve this with Copa through Kevin and Mustafa via the [redacted] number have been unsuccessful. We hope for a prompt resolution as loyal customers feeling disappointed by our experience with JustFly. -Eric M.

I had booked a trip to San Francisco in [redacted] but had to cancel due to the pandemic. I recently rebooked my trip, but there seems to be a mix-up with my departure and return dates. United confirmed my departure from Ft. Lauderdale to San Francisco on 8/12/[redacted], but JetBlue supposedly confirmed my return on 8/19, which I have not received. Despite numerous attempts to correct this error, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have been charged more for the rebooking, which I believe is incorrect. I had to cancel two flights booked on June 24 from Miami to Pensacola due to the Covid outbreak and an airline strike in Bolivia. American Airlines canceled the flights and gave me credit, advising me to rebook through your service. However, the return leg of my journey with Delta is missing from my booking. It still appears on my Delta app but not on your platform. The confirmation number for the missing flight is GHRC70.

Hello, my name is Sheila Ivette. I am contacting you regarding obtaining a refund for an insurance flight that I did not request. While making my flight reservations, I specifically declined the insurance and mentioned that I only carry items in my personal bag. However, I was still charged for the insurance. Later on, I received an email stating that I had purchased a flight protection plan, which I did not authorize in any of my flights. I tried to close the page but was unable to avoid the charge. I have contacted my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge, as I have not received any response from the airline. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I urgently need to speak with someone. I've been waiting on hold for 3.5 hours today. After an hour and 40 minutes, I spoke to one agent who escalated my query to a manager. I've been on hold for over 2 hours now and I'm unsure of what to do next. I've been attempting to reschedule my flight for the past 4 months. Despite several calls reassuring me it was sorted, I kept receiving emails stating the changes couldn't be made. My reservation change request on the website has been locked for two months, prompting me to call the provided number. I've been waiting on hold since then. I made online reservations for a flight through JustFly on June 12th, [redacted], from Philadelphia to Atlanta to Doha to South Africa. I paid $[redacted]. On June 16th, I flew from Philadelphia to Atlanta but encountered a problem with my connecting flight from Atlanta to Doha. The Qatar Airways agent explained that the tickets issued by JustFly were for a domestic flight and I needed international tickets. This unexpected cost of $[redacted] was frustrating. I believe JustFly should have provided the correct tickets for an international flight. I am seeking a refund for the remainder of my trip due to this error. I booked a flight back in June [redacted] to Miami, but had to cancel due to COVID-19 issues. I received a flight credit and called back in May [redacted] to book a flight to the same destination on a different date. I got a confirmation email stating I didn't have to pay anything since it was the same destination with American Airlines. However, when I tried to check in online hours before my flight, I couldn't find my reservation. After contacting the airline, they informed me that there was no ticket processed correctly, and I would have to book last minute and pay $[redacted]. Despite receiving a flight confirmation, I am now being charged. I feel this is misleading and I would like a refund. How can I be sent a confirmation in May [redacted] and then be asked to pay unexpectedly?

The website booking process was quite confusing for me as an 87-year-old. I originally found Allegiant Flight #[redacted] from San Diego to Las Vegas and Frontier Flight #[redacted] from Las Vegas back to San Diego at $67.18 per person. Due to health reasons, I now require a companion while traveling. However, when I went back to book two seats, the price increased to $87.12 per person within just a few minutes. I mistakenly booked only one seat and was blocked from booking the second seat. Customer Service then informed me that JustFly does not offer those flights. I made the booking confirmation around 12:15 pm Pacific Time today and I am requesting a refund as I can cancel within 24 hours. The JustFly Booking Confirmation Code Number is [redacted].
