Went there last week. They gave me the order from the truck in front me and gave them my order. Instead of bothering to check it and just swap the order, they insisted on throwing all that good food $*** worth in the trash and started over to fill the orders, while they made us wait behind the others who had pulled in -- and they never give out receipts now unless you ask. And you have new personnel every week, and they are just as incompetent as the last bunch -- this has been going on for months. Who owns that place? I want them to start letting you keep the botched order and then giving us priority for getting our correct order. It is SINFUL to just throw all that food away. Better for us to keep it and throw it in the yard for the animals than for you to throw it away. Also, there is the Corona risk. When they take food back, they don't know who has handled it or whether they are sick. You need new staff and new rules.**Then, tonight, I placed my order, and asked if she had checked it. She never even looked at it or me -- just kept taking orders and getting them wrong as usual. I ordered a $** fillup. It was supposed to be * pieces of original chicken (one whole chicken -- * *******, * thighs, * legs, and * wings, * mashed potatoes, * gravy (should always be * gravies with * potatoes -- fix that), * slaw, and * biscuits -- fresh food. I'm tired of this ****. When they open tomorrow, I want a full refund, and I'm not going to return this crappy food. I'm going to eat the wings and leg and throw the thighs to the raccoons. I want what I ordered, and I am not paying you another dime for it, and I want you to get a competent staff with supervision, and a supervisor had better be there from now on, and they had better be open from ** am til ** pm without exception.
