Hello Team, I wanted to share my disappointing customer experience at the KFC store in Somajiguda- Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, Telangana. We ordered the unlimited bucket and large chicken popcorn, but the pieces smelled bad and seemed to be fried in old oil. Despite complaining and receiving a replacement popcorn, it also tasted bad. The manager, Mr. Akram, was rude and dismissive of our feedback, which was frustrating. Despite trying to contact customer service, I ended up speaking to the same manager again. I feel like my complaint was not taken seriously. As loyal customers, this experience at KFC was unacceptable. We returned the items and now hope for a swift resolution to this issue. I visited KFC at [redacted] E. Martintown Rd. on Wednesday, 9/21/22 at 7:47pm. I ordered the 16-piece mixed family meal and an 8-piece mixed, but was told they didn't have enough chicken for a 12-piece or 8-piece. They mentioned they only cook chicken for those willing to wait. Even though I was willing to wait for fresh chicken and wanted 24 pieces, they were unwilling to accommodate. The cashier was impolite, and the manager was not present. The lot lights were off, and the menu board was not illuminated; they did not offer to turn on the lights when I struggled to see. Despite no other customers present, they were unable to complete my order. I had to spend $86 at Taco Bell to feed my family. I will not return to this location and will advise others to avoid it as well. The cashier's behavior warrants termination, and the on-duty manager should be disciplined for inadequate supervision.

I dropped off an employee for their shift at KFC located on [redacted] Maynardville Pike in Knoxville, TN. Unfortunately, on Saturday, October 8th, no one showed up to unlock and open the store. By 10:30 am, I had to take the employee back home as the store was still closed by 11 am. Surprisingly, the drive-thru seemed to open sometime in the afternoon around 2 pm, and the employee mentioned that none of the managers could be reached as they were supposed to be there to open. The contact phone constantly gives a busy signal, making it impossible to reach anyone. The employee missed a day's worth of wages and wasn't even contacted by the store once it finally opened.

I want to share my positive experience at KFC in Swansea where we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the manager, Brandon. Approximately a month ago, my husband and I received complimentary dinners after expressing our dissatisfaction with our previous meal. Brandon's kindness and generosity truly stood out to us. Today, despite the gloomy weather, we made the effort to visit this KFC location for some comfort food, bypassing other stores just to experience the great service again. It was delightful to encounter Brandon once more, who mentioned the freshly prepared thighs, adding to our satisfaction. We appreciate the consistent effort of employees like Brandon and hope this message reaches the right department to recognize their dedication. Thank you, Dolores and Robert Ruckert.

I ordered a five-piece chicken tenders box with honey mustard sauce from the KFC on Dupont Rd. in Fort Wayne, IN. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt, the sauce, or the biscuit with my order. This is not the first time I've experienced order inaccuracies at this location. This year alone, my orders have been correct only about fifty percent of the time. When I contacted the store regarding the missing items, the manager's response was unhelpful and even seemed dismissive of the issue. Being told to drive back to the store to collect the missing items and to remind the employees to include them in the future felt like blaming me for their mistakes. Dealing with this kind of service and having to go back during the lunch rush to complete my order is not acceptable. I think it's best if I stop patronizing this store altogether.

On 10/20/22 around 8:55 p.m., I visited your KFC branch in ORLANDO near Dean Road on highway 50. Firstly, the kitchen was unclean upon arrival. Despite waiting at the front counter for 3 minutes, no staff acknowledged me. Profanity, including the F-word, was audible from the back where two individuals, one referred to as Cameron, were engaged. Although they were notified of my presence, no one assisted me. This experience marks the worst KFC visit I've had in years. It is crucial to provide training for young staff to avoid the use of such inappropriate language. I suggest considering monitoring devices in the kitchen to prevent this conduct. The disrespectful language was truly distressing, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of the restaurant chain. It is essential to address these issues promptly to uphold the standards associated with the KFC brand.

I placed an order on the KFC app for the Ultimate Savings Bucket for Rs648.58, 6 pcs Peri Peri Strips for Rs238.10, and a Free Classic Chicken Zinger, totaling Rs942.01. I used Google Pay through the app to pay, but I did not receive an order confirmation. The payment was deducted, so I went to the KFC Store at Neelam the Grand, Calangute, Goa, and spoke to the Manager. He mentioned they did not receive the order and assured me of a refund. After contacting the toll-free number, my case was sent to the Restaurant Manager at Calangute, who confirmed the refund. However, I have yet to receive the refund. I kindly request to investigate and process the refund for the deducted amount. Thank you, Alistair Dsa.

I ordered 3 chicken pot pies with 3 Sierra Mists and a chocolate chip cookie (#16). Upon driving home, I realized the drinks were soda water, not Sierra Mist. I returned to the restaurant and was offered lemonade instead. The server gave me 3 partially filled cups of lemonade, stating they should be medium cups, not large. The staff was unhelpful and closed the window on me. It was frustrating to make the trip back due to the incorrect drinks. I suggested a compensation of an additional cup of lemonade, but they refused. I am disappointed with the service and lack of resolution from the staff. Thank you.

I recently visited the KFC location on Hwy [redacted] in North Little Rock three times in the last week (end of October). The first visit was at 6:30, where I ordered the 3-piece tender meal with an extra biscuit. Unfortunately, there were no fries, but my child improvised and made a sandwich out of the biscuit and tender, and enjoyed it. The next day, during another drive-thru visit, they only had 2 tenders left, so I ordered a breast and biscuit instead. Again, no fries were provided, and I had to go back for the drinks. Two days later, during another drive-thru attempt, I was informed there would be a wait time for fries as they were wiping the counter. This experience is unacceptable to me. My family enjoys KFC but we won't be returning until the issues with the crew, food availability, and incorrect charges are addressed.

Hello, today at 1:57 pm, I visited the KFC Windsor Park North Shore Auckland store. While the Zinger burger was delicious, the cleanliness of the restroom left much to be desired. I have traveled globally, including to Vietnam and Turkey, and your restroom was one of the dirtiest I have seen in a while. The lack of hygiene in such a crucial area made me question the staff's cleanliness practices, especially in a food preparation business. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from returning to KFC, despite the tasty burger. The condition of the unisex/disabled toilet was unacceptable for a public facility. As a former employee, I am extremely upset. My boyfriend is currently employed at the Grants Pass Oregon location and is not receiving his legally mandated breaks. Moreover, the management is scheduling him within 10 hours of his last shift. When he tries to swap shifts, he is treated poorly and the work environment is toxic. The general manager has a group of teenage girls who engage in inappropriate conversations about misconduct, even in front of customers. After I witnessed these situations, the work environment became hostile when I expressed my disinterest in being part of their group. The females involved in this clique went as far as refusing to work with me, causing issues for the company just to cater to the general manager's ego.

To whom it may concern, I recently made a payment for my order at the store and experienced an unfortunate incident where some items fell due to a slippery floor. The store manager, Satish, provided unhelpful service and made me wait, insisting I pay again for the order. This behavior is unprecedented in the history of chain restaurants. Despite showing proof of my payment, I was denied the food I had paid for and left the store feeling upset while the team appeared indifferent to the situation. This level of service is unacceptable. I request a refund for the inadequate service I received and the fact that I did not receive my order. I will be sharing my experience on Google reviews to bring attention to this issue. I placed an order for Kentucky Fried Chicken on Sunday, November 13th. I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket with fries, gravy, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, after consuming the meal, my mother and I both experienced stomach issues, specifically diarrhea. I am disappointed because in my recent orders, the chicken from KFC does not taste like the original recipe anymore. This time, even the coleslaw tasted off. Despite initially thinking it was just my taste buds, my mother, who did not eat the coleslaw, also had stomach problems. The chicken didn't smell right as well. I made an online order and paid with PayPal. Upon pickup, the staff gave me the wrong order and overcharged me on my bank account. Despite noticing the mistakes, I didn't argue at the store. The employee claimed they didn't see my online order on their system. When I called to rectify the billing error, the same staff member was uncooperative and hung up twice. I simply want the extra charges for the incorrect order to be reversed as I only received a two-piece meal, not what I originally ordered.

On 21/11/22 at 19:52:21, I ordered a 5pc combo and noticed that the Whipped potato (large) had an unpleasant odor when I opened it, appearing overcooked with a brownish-yellow color and mushy texture. I raised this concern with the counter staff, and they only exchanged it for another one. However, the replacement also had the same off-putting smell and slightly sour taste. I believe the restaurant might be serving expired food. I pointed out the difference in color and freshness compared to the Loaded potato bowl. I requested to speak to the duty manager, but they were not available. Instead, an older female lobby staff member commented that it's how it should be. I am a regular customer at KFC, visiting about three times a month, and this was the first time I received such improper food. Despite waiting for an hour to see a manager, none appeared. Kudos to the female staff member (Indian) who replaced the dish for me promptly, but unfortunately, I did not get to meet the manager as requested.

An employee intentionally made a wrong order and seems to intend to disturb me as a customer by getting my phone number and address to send new orders to my place, forcing me to wait and communicate with them. They seem to be working together in a team, and there may be outsiders instructing the workers at KFC Lebuh Ayer Keroh in Melaka to engage in this behavior. I don't know their exact plan to harass me, possibly to take money or due to their bad intentions. I am unsure of who the leader giving them instructions and teaching all the KFC workers is at Lebuh Ayer Keroh. There might be an individual acting alone with this scheme. Order number [redacted]. I no longer want to be involved in this issue, as I have lost faith in the workers at KFC Lebuh Ayer Keroh and wish to have no further connection. This is just a complaint as I find it suspicious that they deliberately planned to harass me on the instructions of certain individuals or parties.

Hello, I wanted to share a complaint about the service at the KFC Branch in Mall of Asia. Last Thursday, on November 24, [redacted], my friend ordered a meal B3 but we received an incomplete meal without mashed potato and soup. Although I wanted to raise the issue, my friend opted not to due to the poor service from one of the crew members who took our order. The girl seemed to have an attitude towards customers, which I also experienced when I asked for an extra plate and she ignored me. This is the second time we have faced unsatisfactory service with the same crew member, as we encountered a similar situation last year during the same month. I hope for a resolution to this matter to prevent other customers from facing similar service issues. While I have dined at other KFC Branches without any problems, the poor service seems to be specific to the MOA branch. Thank you.

I visited the KFC on Upper James Street in Hamilton, Ontario, and ordered a 14-piece meal dinner with three sides for $45. However, when I got home in Hagersville after a 45-minute drive, I found I only had 10 pieces of chicken and no fries, despite the missing items, the restaurant offered me a free 14-piece meal when I called to complain. Three weeks later, on Black Friday, I drove back to Hamilton to claim my meal. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the lady working there, who said I'd have to wait 40 to 60 minutes for my order. I raised a concern, questioning the delay compared to a drive-thru order. When I pointed out she hadn't asked for my side orders, the lady consulted with others and rudely mentioned I'd only receive the missing chicken and fries. Feeling mistreated, I decided to leave the store without the food, disappointed by the poor customer service. I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to others after this upsetting experience.

On November 26th at 7:36, I visited Taco Bell location [redacted]. I want to share my disappointment and frustration with the service I experienced. Despite waiting more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I received my order with a corrected receipt and the correct items on top. However, upon reaching home after a 14-hour shift and changing out of my scrubs, I discovered my order was incorrect. Upon returning, a team member relayed my issue loudly to someone, presumably the manager, who then yelled back at me to identify the missing items. After about 10 minutes, the unidentified person slid the corrected order to me without any communication or apology from a manager. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling the situation left me shocked. I hope that this type of behavior is not acceptable for Taco Bell. Today, I ordered 5 pieces of chicken, but I was charged for 15 pieces. I received a call explaining it was a mistake, and they couldn't void the online order paid by card. I only got 5 pieces. If I was overcharged for 15 pieces, why can't they provide the additional 10 pieces I paid for? If they can't correct transactions like this, it's concerning and feels unfair.
