I have been trying to contact since Monday to arrange payment for next week as per our weekly payment plan. Despite leaving four voicemails, including one today at 10:45am, I have yet to receive a return call. I was shocked to discover that an unauthorized withdrawal of nearly $8,[redacted] was made from my account without prior notice or consent. This action has depleted my entire payroll funds during these challenging times. In light of faithfully making weekly payments since the pandemic affected my business, I am extremely troubled by this situation. I urgently require a prompt response to address this issue.

I recently got approved for a PPP loan but the amount is lower than expected. I believe I was categorized as a yearly business instead of a seasonal one. I want to rectify this without affecting my current approval status. Being correctly categorized could nearly double my loan amount. Kabbage has my [redacted] form showing monthly earnings for [redacted] to help with the seasonal calculations.

This is my fifth request related to Case #[redacted]5. Please transfer the funds to the account on file for [redacted] We are facing issues verifying the bank account to receive the approved PPP loan of $25,[redacted] expiring on May 15. How can we resolve this matter? Does Kabbage have a support team? Are they understaffed to handle PPP loan demands? It seems they rely too much on a computer software that is not functioning correctly. Should they have opted out of the PPP loan program? Their lack of communication and participation is causing major hurdles in this SBA initiative.

I have been trying to reach customer support for over a month, leaving multiple voicemails and sending numerous emails without any response. I am struggling with payments and requested a deferral, which was agreed upon back in March. However, the full payment was taken from my account, causing it to go into overdraft. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue as the overdraft fees are accumulating. Thank you, Dan.

Subject: Assistance Needed for PPP Loan Verification I received an email today from Kabbage requesting action regarding verifying deposits to my business account. However, when I try to access the verification page on my Kabbage account, I am unable to do so. I need guidance on how to complete this task. On a separate note, it was previously mentioned that I had a criminal record, leading me to visit my local police department to confirm that I have no record, not even a ticket. I have been seeking assistance with this matter. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was approved for a PPP loan through Kabbage, but I haven't received the link or email to sign my loan documents. Every time I try to log into my account, I am asked to verify my banking routing and account number, which I have done multiple times without success. I am now getting reminders to accept and sign my loan by May 18, [redacted], but I am still unable to access the documents.

I am concerned about the delay in receiving my funds. Despite numerous attempts to contact Kabbage, I have not received a response. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I plan to file a formal complaint against them for their handling of my funds. I recently signed documents for an SBA loan with a loan balance of $***** on May 6th, but as of May 20th, the funds have not been deposited into my Alliance CU account (*[redacted]) as promised. The loan terms include deferred repayments for the first 6 months, with the potential for repayments to decrease or be eliminated based on eligibility for loan forgiveness. I am eager to receive the funds and hope for better communication from Kabbage moving forward. Thank you, Miranda R.

I initiated the application process with Kabbage on April 13th for a PPP loan. Due to errors in calculating our loan amount since we weren't operational in the first half of the year, I provided extensive documentation, including the SBA's PPP FAQ's outlining how our situation should be assessed. I attempted to cancel the loan on April 14th due to the miscalculations but ended up with a declined application through my business banker as Kabbage had already obtained approval from the SBA. Despite multiple attempts through calls and emails over several months, Kabbage has not corrected the calculations or provided a satisfactory resolution. Despite promises of handling my case, I was informed it was too late to resubmit and given limited options without the chance to discuss with a Manager. Even after being informed my case would be escalated, there has been no progress. Currently, I'm approved for $[redacted], yet following SBA guidelines, our approval should be $27,[redacted] based on our January and February average monthly payroll of $10,[redacted].

I received a low PPP loan offer from Kabbage without the ability to provide more information about my income. Their claim of not limiting applicants from applying with other lenders is inaccurate. Trying to cancel the application or decline the offer on their platform is impossible. Unlike Kabbage, my new lender has been responsive, allowing me to provide additional documents and adjust the loan amount significantly. Despite trying to contact Kabbage to make changes, I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email since June 26th. My new lender is unable to proceed with my application to the SBA due to Kabbage holding it up without a cancellation. Kabbage keeps extending the offer without my consent, making it challenging to move forward with my preferred lender. I am stuck because the SBA won't accept my application without Kabbage's cancellation. Communication with Kabbage has been unresponsive, leaving me unsure of what steps to take next.

Attention Management, I have sent multiple emails regarding the issue with adding my deposit amounts to verify my bank. I am requesting a phone call instead of an email. Please assist me, my contact number is [redacted]. I am available anytime, and if you don't reach me, please try again as it might go to voicemail. I need to complete this process. I am attaching the same document showing my deposits to my bank. The verification link only asks for account information, not the deposit amounts or dates. I understand you receive many calls, but please acknowledge that I have been trying to reach you when your office opens without success. It's frustrating not being able to speak to someone.

To whom it may concern, I was approved for a Kabbage PPP loan but encountered an issue with the trial deposits. Instead of receiving 2 deposits, I received 3, causing confusion. After a lengthy phone call, a representative advised me not to use the trial deposits due to the extra one. I was assured new instructions would be available on the website, but none were provided. The 3 deposits disappeared, and I cannot reach anyone at Kabbage for assistance. I urgently need guidance on how to proceed with the trial deposit for my loan requirements. Where can I find the loan documents for signature? Rita V.

I recently received approval for a PPP loan, but unfortunately, the amount given was incorrect. Upon contacting Kabbage, the issue arose from them basing my income on the last 12 months, whereas I actually started my business in July [redacted]. Despite being told that Schedule C income is always calculated over 1 year, my relative, who started his business in July, received a loan based on only 6 months of income. I have been diligently trying to reach out to Kabbage each day, but unfortunately, I keep running into time-out issues in the queue. I am hoping for a call back or response to my email, which includes screenshots showcasing the disparities between my loan approval and my relative's. It's evident that not all loans are processed equally, despite the information provided to me. I'm simply looking for a fair chance to rectify this situation and receive the proper assistance for my small business.

I completed an online application, submitted all required documents, and verified my bank account with Kabbage. After receiving and confirming 2 deposits, they were withdrawn. Due to incorrect identification, I was asked to cancel the application. When trying to open two new accounts, I encountered an issue with the email [redacted] matching my bank account username rudolpho299. This prevented me from entering my bank details. Starting a new application, I provided the correct paperwork and identification, and was approved for an SBA loan. Still, the problem persists with verifying my bank account, rendering me unable to sign the docusign paperwork. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Rudolph.

I'm encountering an issue with accepting my PPP loan through Kabbage. I was approved for the loan and received an email instructing me to log in to my Kabbage account to sign the loan document. However, upon signing in, I am unable to proceed with accepting the loan. The dashboard prompts me to "check below" for required documents but there is nothing displayed. I have already submitted all necessary documentation during my application process. I've tried contacting Kabbage over 40 times, but have been unable to reach them successfully. Whenever I do manage to navigate their phone menu and am placed on hold, I get disconnected from the queue after less than 10 minutes. **Desired Outcome**: I hope to resolve this issue promptly so I can access my loan documents, sign them, and receive the funds.

I am a neurosurgeon in NYC, which is at the forefront of the epidemic. I run a practice with 8 employees and applied for PPP through Kabbage. Although my application was approved on July 28th, I was unable to access the necessary paperwork. Despite sending inquiries to their customer service, I only received automated responses. On August 16th, I was told the offer had expired, which is puzzling since my application had already been accepted. After several frustrating phone calls, they claimed my paperwork was illegible. This situation has caused significant financial strain as I have been unable to pay my staff. I believe this treatment is unjust and am willing to take legal action and involve the media. I have the emails documenting my exchanges for your review. Please assist me in determining the appropriate steps to resolve this matter.

I recently had my loan approved by Kabbage, submitted all the necessary information, and signed the required documents. However, even after 6 months of waiting, I have yet to receive the funds in my account. Kabbage has been unhelpful in providing me with any resolution or contact information to escalate the matter. I have not been given any clarity on when I can expect the funds to be deposited. This lack of transparency is frustrating, and I am unsure of where to turn for assistance. Should I file a complaint with the Security Exchange Commission or the Better Business Bureau, or both? My bank has also been involved in trying to resolve this issue to no avail.

I received my initial PPP loan for my small accounting and tax business on 5/12/20 for $2,[redacted]. I submitted all necessary documents and used DOCUSIGN for the SBA loan, which was approved. I recently applied for loan forgiveness on December 15, [redacted], providing all required documents to show the funds were used for salaries in [redacted] as needed for forgiveness. By the 12/31/[redacted] deadline, I received approval via email. I was then asked to sign a DOCUSIGN document in early January, which I did promptly. However, I later discovered that my signature was applied to a loan note instead of the forgiveness documents. I am unsure if this tardy signature caused my forgiveness approval to be rescinded. I am seeking guidance on how to rectify this error as my forgiveness was confirmed, and all required documents were uploaded in a timely manner. Looking for support with this situation. James M. I have been struggling for a while to understand computer terminology but have not been successful. Being a 68-year-old man, this kind of language is unfamiliar to me. I reached out to a support line and spoke with a young lady who made me feel inadequate for not grasping it. I politely requested if there was a way to send me the forgiveness loan forms through mail or fax so I could fill them out traditionally, but she insisted it had to be done on the computer. Feeling devastated, I inquired about other options, but she implied the only choice was to repay the loan. I feel discriminated against because of my limited computer knowledge. This situation is taking a toll on me mentally and physically. We received $12,[redacted].00, mostly used for payroll, which helped in the past, but now our situation has worsened and this amount won't suffice. I am in urgent need of assistance with this issue. Thank you for addressing this matter. D.R.V. Accurate Air Filters Service P.O. Box [redacted], Powell, TN [redacted]

I completed the forgiveness paperwork for my loan back in February [redacted]. After receiving a message confirming the forgiveness, I was unaware that a Docusign was sent by K-servicing on April 28, [redacted], and still needs to be signed to finalize the process. I received a letter yesterday from K-servicing stating that if they don't receive a signed “form [redacted]” within three days from yesterday, I will be considered in default and responsible for repayment, possibly sent to collections. I am concerned and seeking help urgently. Please assist if possible. Thank you. Sincerely, B.C. PPP Loan #[redacted] Phone: [redacted] PS- I have tried contacting kabbbage with no success. Their responses were automated, and the provided information was not helpful. Phone calls during their specified hours have been unsuccessful as well. The deadline is approaching fast, and I am worried.
