On May 15th, I contacted you for an update on my [redacted] amended tax return. Regrettably, I have not received any response yet. On February 12, [redacted], I filed an Amended [redacted] Individual Kansas Income Tax Return with the Kansas Department of Revenue, showing adjustments ($82,[redacted] deductions) to my Federal Adjusted Gross Income, resulting in zero tax owed in Kansas. I did not receive confirmation of receipt of the amended return or the $[redacted].67 refund owed to me, which I mistakenly paid per your instructions. Please provide a written status update as I have a hearing impairment and cannot use the phone. Kindly respond via email or postal mail.
