Good afternoon,*I was booking a ticket for my mother in law with Austrian airlines via travel agent (price line, yet they have confirmed that the ticket was purchased via Kayak) and for the billing address i have chosen proposed by autocorreting system my name(since i was paying)-and i did not notice that it corrected everything including the name of the passenger. *I have got in contact with Austrian Airlines and they advised me that it should still be possible to salvage my mother's in law reservation. In similar cases, they can authorise a refund of the ticket with incorrect name for a small fee, provided that the customer purchases a new ticket for the same flights with a correct name. *The airline confirmation number QWKZTM, ticket number *************.*Trip Moscow-Montreal-Moscow, august *-**. Current name indicated Roksana Olsinskaya, correct name Nina Olsinskaya.*Given that Austrian Airlines can grant an authorization to do that and the ticket was booked by the agency via Kayak, who do i need to talk to trying to find a solution?
