I bought a pair of children's boots from my local Kroger on August 5. When I tried to return them as they didn't fit my granddaughter, I was informed that clearance items are not returnable. There was no signage or mention of this policy in the shoe department or on my receipt. Despite speaking with three staff members, they were unable to process the return. I've tried contacting the store manager multiple times but haven't been able to reach anyone. While I understand the no return policy, it would have been helpful to know this before purchasing. I have both Boost and Kroger Plus memberships. I attempted to purchase gas today using my card but encountered issues. This caused me to miss out on the 2X fuel points promotion. Although I usually can use my Alt ID in-store without any problems, the pump did not accept it this time. I spoke to the attendant who advised me to reach out to Kroger's customer service for assistance. Additionally, I experienced a problem with an Instacart order last week. The order arrived missing 3 bananas, Smithfield bacon, and Jake's sausage totaling $13.52. Unfortunately, I never received any credit for these missing items. My shopper finished the checkout at 9:03. I received a text saying the order will arrive by 10:10. I purchased various frozen items. This issue occurred previously when the delivery person got lost, resulting in partially thawed items. I should have declined the order at that time. What measures does the store take to ensure frozen items remain cold during delivery delays? If the items thawed again, I will reject this delivery. Thank you. - Evelyn W.

I received an order this evening at 6:05. I tried to reach customer service for over 15 minutes and got disconnected. I received a case number, [redacted], and was transferred to another representative. The representative, referred to as [redacted], was polite but had trouble understanding me. I was charged for four items that I did not receive: 1. Banquet Chicken Fried Beef Steak Frozen Meal. 2. Banquet Sweet & Sour Chicken Frozen Meal. 3. Charboni Nonfat Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt (2x$4.99, total $9.98). 4. 1 lb Kroger Lean Ground Beef Chuck 80/20 ($6.49). I am requesting a refund for these missing items. Thank you.

I arrived at Kroger to pick up my order at 1:20, even though it was supposed to be ready at 1:00. After waiting for a half hour, I noticed the app had checked my husband out without us receiving our groceries. Despite trying to check him back in and calling, the issue persisted. When my husband approached the store at 2:05, the order was not ready, despite receiving a notification indicating otherwise. After finding out they were still shopping for our items, we decided to cancel the order. The process was frustrating as it resulted in a 40-minute wait in the parking lot. It's essential for the app to accurately reflect order status to avoid inconveniencing customers like us.

I returned a plastic box of grapes with white, slimy mold to Kroger [redacted] store. I was informed they do not accept returns because I threw out the moldy grapes to avoid contamination in my fridge. I carefully put a large bunch of grapes in a box, sealed it in a Kroger plastic bag, and was informed that Kroger needed all the grapes for "analysis." I was surprised to hear about a chemistry lab in the store. They eventually agreed to take the return but claimed the price had changed, asking for an additional $3 since it was Wednesday. This lack of customer service left me upset. When I spoke to the manager, they showed little concern, did not apologize, nor offer compensation for the inconvenience. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the number of grocery stores available in the US aside from Kroger.

I had a disappointing experience at a store in Sandusky, Ohio. The cashier was rude when my $10 coupon wouldn't scan. She refused to call a manager and told me to wait at the service desk for a refund. Despite explaining about the long line and my frozen food, she continued to be impolite and unhelpful. After some time, she reluctantly called for a manager who never showed up. Eventually, I had to insist on taking the coupon and wait in line at the service desk. I've been informed that it will take 7-10 days to receive my $10 refund, and my frozen food has thawed out.

I am currently awaiting a refund from Kroger for a $95.11 charge on my Visa card on 9/2/[redacted]. The claim number is [redacted]. While trying to place an online delivery order with my friend Breanna Constant, using her EBT food stamp card, I encountered issues and ended up with a charge on my visa. We contacted Kroger customer service, and the representative canceled the order since we couldn't complete it online using the EBT card for delivery. Despite being told that Fry's delivered the order, neither of us received it. I am disputing the charge as I did not get the order, and my role was solely to cover the delivery fee. I was disappointed when I arrived on time for my pick-up order, but was informed that it wouldn't be ready for another 2 and a half hours. This completely ruined my Sunday evening plans. After attempting to cancel my order through Customer Service, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected by Kroger. I called back, was placed on hold again, and now I want to cancel my order for September 17. I am requesting a full refund for the charge of $62.03. I have not been receiving the monthly coupons in the mail as usual. Coupons for butter, cheese, and other items worth $5.00 off when you spend $50.00 or more are missing. While my family members still get them, I've called several times but no assistance provided. Moreover, my fuel points are not going through, despite making weekly purchases to earn 50 points. I've visited www.kroger.com/i/feedback and completed all the required information. I am a frequent shopper at King Soopers, and I am disappointed that this issue has not been resolved despite my efforts.

I used a digital coupon for detergent at one Kroger store, but they didn't have the other options I wanted. When I tried to buy the additional detergent at another Kroger, they said I couldn't use the digital coupon again. The attendant mentioned there wasn't anything she could do. I expected them to adjust the price, as some other stores do.

I visited your Kroger store in Little Rock, Arkansas, and have been a frequent shopper there. Unfortunately, my EBT benefits were previously stolen at this store; however, I continued to shop there. Recently, I inquired with the manager, Matt, about reducing the price of some deli meat marked for September 26, [redacted]. Matt mentioned that if the product didn't sell, he would discard it rather than discounting it. The high prices and the incident with my benefits being stolen make this situation frustrating. Matt's response was disappointing and reflects poorly on the company.

I'm from Oregon where we've recently started pumping our own gas. During my first try, I was asked if I wanted to use my $.70/gal discount, to which I agreed. I then entered 30 gallons, but the pump only dispensed $.30 worth of fuel. Trying again, I wasn't able to apply the discount as it seemed the initial attempt used it up. The attendant couldn't restore the discount and gave me a card to contact you for help.

I am encountering issues downloading coupons since you stopped supporting Chrome. My email associated with my Soopers card has not been accessible for years, and my alternative ID is a landline, which cannot receive a verification code. I've tried creating a new account, but it says my Gmail is invalid, even though I use it regularly. Even attempting to use an AOL address has been futile. I am striving to stay a Kroger customer, but the obstacles may drive me to shop elsewhere. Do you still value customers of 45 years, or is my loyalty no longer important? The decision to keep me as a customer is in your hands, but I am reaching a point of frustration.

As a senior with mobility challenges, I rely on your weekly newspaper flyer to find the best deals. Recently, the flyer hasn't been delivered by the postal service like it used to. I'm concerned if you've stopped sending them out in my area. Living on a fixed income, soon I won't be able to afford a computer or cell phone. Without the paper ads, it will be hard for me to shop and feed myself since I'm alone without family. Can I continue receiving the ad through mail if you've stopped it in my area without telling us? I've been trying to call the store at [redacted] W. Chapman but can't get through to anyone. It seems like there's a lack of communication and organization. Ending the paper ads without considering how it affects seniors isn't considerate. Seniors like me rely on these resources since we can't always keep up with technology changes. It's important for businesses to understand and accommodate senior customers who face challenges.

I have two concerns regarding Kroger. Firstly, I feel that Christian religious messages can be disrespectful to other religions and beliefs. I kindly request that Kroger refrain from sending me messages like, "Tis the season to be thankful for RSV shots available at Kroger." Secondly, Kroger keeps reminding me that my yearly wellness exam is overdue, even though I had it 4 months ago. I am puzzled by how Kroger determined it was overdue and why they are involved in this matter.

I was asked by the Customer Service Clerk at Scottsdale Marketplace #[redacted] to contact you regarding merging several Fry's Shoppers Card membership numbers into one current number using my phone number [redacted]. Despite a 40-minute wait on the line to explain this request, the call was abruptly cut off by the phone service agent! Furthermore, the codes provided for a return call are invalid!

I visited store [redacted] today, which I usually avoid but had no previous service problems. I noticed the store was unclean and lacked most vegan items. While purchasing snacks and nicotine gum, the clerk scanned my ID despite my request not to do so. The supervisor was unhelpful and insisted on scanning my ID. After a tense interaction, the supervisor rudely tore the gum from my hands. I sought out the manager, who was understanding and promised to address the issue. I believe in community and kindness and hope this complaint is taken seriously. The policy of scanning IDs into the system seems excessive and invasive. I trust the matter will be handled appropriately.

I bought two gift cards today around 4:30 pm. I inquired with the salesperson about earning 4 times the fuel points. He said it appeared on the screen as if I received them. However, after completing the transaction, I did not see the 4 times the fuel points added. I tried to return the gift cards but was told they could not be refunded. I specifically chose to buy the cards at Kroger for the fuel points, and this has happened to me before. The first time, I decided to overlook it.

I tried to pay my electric bill with Green Mountain Energy at store [redacted], but there was a mix-up. The money was sent to the wrong company, Green Mountain Residential, instead of Green Mountain Energy. I've been without power for a week now, and after waiting 24 hours to discover the error, I'm frustrated. I'm on disability and can't keep running back and forth to fix this mistake.
