Hello, I made two orders with Light in the Box, one on December 17th with order number [redacted]9 and another on December 18th with order number [redacted]. When I log into my account, it shows no order history, no tracking information, and no record of my purchases totaling almost $[redacted]. I am concerned if this is a scam website and if I have been ripped off. I would appreciate prompt delivery of the items I ordered and clarification on this issue. Thank you.

I used [redacted] to place an order on November 27th with Order # [redacted]6 for a boys' 3D hoodie in size 12-13 and blue color. The estimated delivery was before Christmas, but I have not received it yet. I am requesting a refund. My name is Charlene D. I paid via PayPal and have proof of payment. On December 16th, I ordered a medium-sized brown human hair wig for $50.99 plus $10 for shipping. An amount of $60.95 was immediately charged to my card ending in [redacted]. To date, I have not received the wig and have been unable to get any information (order confirmation or shipping updates). Please provide an explanation, or I will have to take further action. I am missing the following items: a hat, men's cargo pants, a women's shirt with a Rottweiler print, a black backpack, and a men's sweater with a white tiger. When I log in, I can't see any of my orders anymore. My phone had some issues, so I downloaded the app again with the same email, but I still can't see anything. I'm frustrated because I should have received this order already as it was prepared but not shipped a week ago. I'm unsure why I can't see any information. The last payment I made was $50. Thank you.

I have not received my order yet. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. When I track my package, it shows an arrival scan in Mississauga since December 16th. However, when I try to track my package directly with Canada Post, it says that they do not have any information on that package. I have already filled out a ticket with customer service, but they just told me the same things I already knew about it.

I am writing for the fifth time and I keep getting all my emails back from you! I am starting to get angry because in December, I bought a wig that I did not like. They told me I should send it back to China, but the post office does NOT send packages to China! You should know that! I feel quite deceived! Please send me a normal address immediately where I can return the wig so I can get my EUR 65.46 back into my account. On December 18th, I placed an order for multiple items and used PayPal for payment. The PayPal transaction shows as completed, but when I check the company's website, I cannot find any record of my order. This makes it impossible for me to track my order since I can't access any information to submit for tracking. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them for assistance, but I have not been able to reach anyone. I am in need of help to resolve this issue.

Hello, I've been attempting to return this order, which is completely different from what I had originally purchased. Order number: [redacted][redacted]. I've encountered difficulties with the return/refund page and despite reaching out via email, I haven't received a response. I believe the site is suggesting a resolution. Unfortunately, no one has been attentive to my concerns. Now, Klarna, the payment service, has halted the payment process until this issue is resolved. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Since the first day, I have been trying to initiate a return, but have been unable to do so because I cannot take photos as required. Being 70 years old, I struggle with this technology. I purchased two heated jackets, but they arrived without the batteries. The package was not damaged, and the two batteries are missing. I kindly request for the two batteries to be sent to me. I returned a black cowl neck sweater a couple of weeks ago because the neck was too small and tight. I am looking for a full refund. Today, I received the printed pink dress, but the sleeves are way too big. I also request a full refund for this item. The sizing of these clothes is inconsistent, and they should be true to size throughout. The dresses look lovely, especially for a wedding guest, but I cannot risk them not fitting correctly. The fabric is nice, but the fit is not good. I am disappointed with the experience, and the shipping was very slow.

I recently received a damaged item that I ordered from Light In The Box. The package was in terrible condition, affecting the item inside. I promptly submitted a return request on their website for the damaged item, but I haven't received any response or a return label from them. I have now noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card, which I am currently disputing. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach the merchant as they don't have a customer service phone number or any means of communication. Despite following their return process, I am left with no option but to involve my credit card company to resolve this issue.

I purchased a 3-channel dash cam over a month ago. When I tried to charge it, it made excessive noise. Upon attempting to install the camera, an insert SD card message appeared even though I already had one inserted. The camera then turned off by itself consistently despite my efforts. After reaching out to customer service, I was instructed to upload videos to demonstrate the issue. Following this, a lady named Camilla informed me that I would receive a refund. However, despite my continued inquiries, I have only been met with promises to contact me soon and the request to reach out to the seller. I have already provided videos of the problem, so I am confused as to why they need to contact the seller. I am eagerly awaiting the refund so I can consider purchasing an alternative on their website. The delay in receiving a refund is frustrating, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I ordered two items in December and paid extra for shipping. One item arrived yesterday, and it does not fit properly - it is too short from the crotch to the shoulder, leaving a complete breast exposed. Also, the color is wrong, as I ordered red but received grey. I have been trying to contact the company via phone and email to request replacements, but have not received any responses. I would like the items replaced free of charge - the yellow item should be a size 5 toddler, and the other item a size 4 toddler in red. If the correct items cannot be sent, I would like instructions on how to return them for a refund.

I consulted the size chart before placing my order for an extra extra large size, which, according to the chart, corresponds to an American size 16. Regrettably, the item I received does not match the size I expected. Frustratingly, my attempts to submit a ticket on the website were unsuccessful due to a malfunctioning submit button. On top of that, there was no return label included, and I may have to incur a return cost of $20 to $40. Despite my disappointment, the offered 10% discount to keep the ill-fitting item seems unsatisfactory. Additionally, my efforts to contact them by phone were futile as the mailbox was full. I feel misled by the company's name suggesting a U.S. origin when it appears otherwise.

A few days later, I requested a size exchange for three items through the app. They approved the change but mentioned it would cause a delay in the order's delivery.
