This is my third time contacting you about possible identity theft. You sent me a survey about your response to my problem - however I NEVER spoke with anyone. I think someone is driving using my information. THIS IS URGENT AS IT WAS A WEEK AGO. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME AT ***-***-**** ONLY. If you did speak to someone earlier it is the person who is using my identity. EMERGENCY! I have been trying to take care of this for a week - I hold Lyft liable for any problems related to this as you have NOT responded in a timely manner - OR AT ALL.
GetHuman-nancytwa did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
