My girlfriend's account was stolen on March 22, [redacted]. It all started with a message she received from her friend's hacked account, promising a 5k diamond giveaway by a YouTuber named Anna Ladaina. She unknowingly shared her phone number with the scammer who then messaged her on WhatsApp using the number +62[redacted]-[redacted]. Meanwhile, her phone started behaving strangely, showing GPS tracking and then shutting down completely. During this time, someone was playing on her account remotely. Despite reporting the issue to customer services and temporarily retrieving the account, it was stolen multiple times, possibly involving customer services. The account has now been stolen for the third time, and efforts to recover it have been unsuccessful. Any assistance in recovering her account would be greatly appreciated, as she has been distressed about this situation for the past week.

Hello Moonton, I want to address issues with the reporting system detecting bad behavior in matches. Lately, I've been unfairly reported for others' actions and subsequently unable to play for days. Meanwhile, when I report legitimate reasons like feeding or inactivity, I never receive notifications. To improve, the system should redefine "inactive performance" and "negative player" based on chatting, gameplay, game modes, and medals. It seems unfair that players consistently scoring low are spared reports, while those having one bad game are penalized. Additionally, it's crucial to inform the reporters of any actions taken. I've reported many players but remain unaware of the outcomes due to the flawed notification system. Another concern is team arrangements in queues. Frequently, teammates duplicate roles, leading to chaos. Implementing a role selection feature during queueing could mitigate conflicts and enhance team composition. For instance, as a mage main, I should be able to queue with players who prefer other roles, fostering a more positive gaming experience. I'm suggesting these solutions based on recent gameplay frustrations. Thank you for your attention.

It has been a while since I last played my favorite game. I am attempting to access my account on my new phone, but I am unable to retrieve it. When I started playing, I was at epic 1 but dropped to epic 2. I wanted to be the jungle alpha, but another player, S3, kept choosing the same role despite me asking them to switch. Throughout the match, they consistently stole my jungle, causing us to struggle. I did my best by trying to level up by taking the other side jungle, but the other player, moskov, only focused on taking resources and feeding the enemy team. Despite my efforts to communicate and cooperate, moskov kept trolling. Even after reporting the player, I received a penalty for alleged inappropriate messaging, which I did not do. This unfair situation left me frustrated with the report system's effectiveness. I hope Mobile Legends can address these issues to prevent such incidents in the future.

I encountered an issue with my ML account. I reset my phone to free up space due to app updates, losing access to my account. The username is "知乗__♡" linked only to a Moonton account. I attempted to log in but forgot the password. When using the "Forgot Password" link, it required a verified email from that account. Unfortunately, I never received an email notification for verification in my Gmail account. Today, I tried to verify, but the link had expired months ago. I am eager to recover my account as I have invested money in it that I would not like to lose.

Please address the matchmaking problems. This season, I managed to reach mythic 2 in the first month, but now, whether playing solo or with a trio, we keep getting teammates who are legends. It's frustrating and doesn't make sense. Can you please focus on improving the matchmaking system instead of just creating more skins to sell? Teaming up a mythic 2 player with a legend 5 player is just not fair. It seems like the matchmaking system needs some serious attention. It would be great if you could take a page from League of Legends and improve the matchmaking process. Thank you.

Hello, I've been encountering some significant issues recently. On my birthday, I was removed from a draft pick in a game. Despite trying to reconnect immediately, I couldn't rejoin the match for unknown reasons. As a consequence, I received a -17 credit score for being AFK and got banned from ranked play for 3 days. After serving the ban, I faced a similar situation, this time with a -18 score. Contacting in-game support yielded no results. I waited nearly a week before being able to play ranked matches again. Today, with a credit score of 92, I ventured into ranked play. In my first game, I encountered three support players, all with retribution spells, leading to a loss. Despite earning MVP, I was subjected to trolling, with no consequences for the offenders even after reporting them. Subsequently, in another game where I played mid mage tank and faced a trolling player, I ended up losing and receiving a bronze rank along with -6 credit score. The discrepancy between losing credit score while experiencing trolling and spending a significant amount on in-game skins is making me contemplate quitting the game. I need assistance recovering my Mobile Legends account. It was hacked and linked to the hacker's fake Facebook and TikTok accounts, along with a secondary verification method. Currently, I am unable to log in as the hacker seems to have full control. Whenever I attempt to log in, it says there have been several incorrect login attempts and I need to wait a certain number of hours before trying again. Additionally, Moonton does not recognize my email, even though I always logged in using my Moonton and Gmail accounts. I have contacted Moonton through the app but their responses have been frustrating, requesting the exact registration date which I no longer have due to deleting old emails. Despite providing purchase receipts to prove ownership, they still insist on the registration date. I hope to regain access to my account, as I have invested a significant amount of money into the game.

Hello Moonton, I need to report an issue with my ML account. It appears that my account has been compromised. I usually log in through Facebook, and my friends also play using the same account. Hello Moonton, I need to address an issue with my ML account. Recently, it got hacked. I linked it to my Facebook account, and my friends also use it. There is currently someone else using my account with a Zing Account, but I cannot remove it as it says my device does not support it. I have requested a review of the account, but I'm worried about the possibility of my account being hijacked. I am a true player and only play brawl, not ranked games. Why is the matchmaking system deteriorating? What's going on with the technicians? The system keeps pairing me with teammates who have an overall win rate below **%, dragging down my win rate from **% to **%. I was almost reaching Mythic, but today's matches have been continuous losses. When will customer care respond after reporting? No compassion is shown; instead, players who criticize feeders are penalized. The system needs fixing. Customer support never responds, just an annoying auto-reply bot making the situation worse. The team management seems incompetent.
