I had call from a Ryan McClan(***-***-****) saying he was a MSN certified technician and said problem*had been detected in our system. I told him we had a monthly plan with MSN and we have been paying $ **.** a month for the last *** years. Not sure how many years, but you can tell by our e-mail address it has been awhile. What we need to know does our plan cover repairs to the system and *if not is McClan a certified technician? our phone number **********
