I am new to CRM's. My company is using CaseWorthy for our case management and metrics measurements. I am in need of something like Mail Chimp to help with marketing my program because it is new. The program promotes financial literacy to a targeted area in the city. We would ike to send group emails, texts, newsletters. I also liked the fact we could measure when emails were opened and read which will help us with one of our measurements which requires a certain amount of touches. We would like to be able to market our financial workshops and send wealth building messages to our communities. Of course reporting and the ability to export to CaseWorthy if need be is important. How can we find out more about pricing and other features we would need? I also like the campaign feature. There wil be * users in my department.
