I've been trying to switch my line to my ***-***-**** number but I no longer have access to my phone because it was stolen so when they try to send me a code I cannot receive that code because I do not have that phone no longer but I do know all my questions to bypass that part but I need to speak to someone that's why I was trying to transfer me to someone but it keeps hanging up I really need my phone can we please keep in contact as soon as possible because I really do need my phone I've been without it for about a week and a half now and I'm paying it's already paid for my name is Desiree sandner
