I am using a Windows 10 laptop with a second monitor for work. While I have been using the setup for about a month and it works well overall, I am facing an issue with my VMWare program. When working in VMWare, I am unable to transfer anything from one monitor to the other, unlike with other applications where it works seamlessly. I consulted a tech for VMWare who suggested it might be related to my computer settings. However, I am unsure of what adjustments I need to make to resolve this problem. Essentially, within VMWare, I cannot copy and paste between monitors, which is hindering my work efficiency.

My iPhone has been hacked for about two weeks now. It seems to be infected with malware, according to my friends. The hacker has been tampering with my texts by manipulating and deleting messages. Even with emails, the hacker interferes by sending, filing, moving files, and monitoring my screen activity. For instance, when I was composing an important email, the hacker deleted the entire content just as I was about to finish it. I suspect she has gained unauthorized access to my MSN Outlook email, granting her excessive control over my accounts. She seems to enjoy manipulating and disrupting my communications. When I change the Outlook password, she promptly alters it back, regaining her control. Is there a way for me to set up a personal password that she can't change to permanently block her access? Can I create a new email address to prevent her from intruding? I'm seeking advice on any software or alternative methods to secure my accounts effectively. This disturbing intrusion is causing significant disruptions to my family and work life. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I'm having trouble downloading from the Microsoft Store. I've spent over three weeks with technicians trying to update, uninstall, and reinstall drivers and software. Each time I try to download software from the Store, it gets stuck when acquiring the license. I've spent over 50 hours with Microsoft support, with technicians trying various troubleshooting apps. They even suggested buying a new hard drive and reinstalling everything to solve the issue. I am open to paying for technical support and hope to avoid wiping my computer and reinstalling everything due to the numerous installed programs on it. I believe the problem can be resolved without a clean install, and I am looking for a solution from someone skilled in troubleshooting.

I am experiencing issues with my Outlook email account. Every time I try to send or receive emails, a message pops up asking for my user name and password for the server smtp.mail.yahoo.com, even though the credentials are correct. The error message I receive is (0x800CCC0E) saying that Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for my email address at verizon.net and that it cannot connect to the server. Another error (0x800CCC0F) states that the connection to the server was interrupted. I have already filled in the correct login details, but the problem persists.

I am unable to access my account. I tried creating a new account but I'm struggling to receive a verification code. I need the code to be sent to a different email or phone number. The process has been confusing, and I prefer speaking with a live representative before attempting to create a new account. My email is [redacted] Could you please provide me with a contact number to reach a customer service representative?

I recently had a chat with Microsoft support regarding issues with the Microsoft Store apps continuously giving errors when updating. Following their instructions, I reset and went to msconfig which seemed to resolve the problem temporarily. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Store suddenly stopped working and now all associated apps like Mail, Cortana, Calculator, and OneNote are affected. A recurring message prompts me to reinstall the applications from their original location, but I am unsure where to find these.

Hello, As an annual Office [redacted] customer, I am facing an issue with Yahoo mail in Outlook. Yahoo has prompted me to use an app password by a specific date or they will delete my account. Following Yahoo's instructions, I obtained a 16-digit password for my account. However, when trying to input this password in the 'Change' password field in Outlook, I am unable to find the correct place to insert it. Could you please guide me on where I should enter the app password in Outlook to ensure my Yahoo account remains active? Thank you, Dean

I am experiencing a system issue where it is stuck in a loop after a failed update. I am prompted for a Bitlocker recovery key, which I do not have and was unaware of until this incident. Despite contacting Tech Support and being directed to Dell, who then referred me back to Microsoft, I have been unable to resolve the problem. I need the recovery key to access my system or at least retrieve my important files. My local support tech mentioned I should be able to obtain the key using the ID. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you. - C.S.

I encountered an issue where my primary email account got linked to a pst file, resulting in the inability to access it. I contacted Geek Squad, as I have a protection plan with them, and a technician attempted to resolve the problem. However, upon reopening Outlook, many emails and subfolders were missing, and I kept receiving requests for my incoming and outgoing passwords. I physically took my computer to the store, but they advised me to seek further assistance. Despite downloading information from the website, I am struggling with the process due to my limited confidence in handling files (I am 83 years old). I provided the store with my external backup but they failed to set it up for cloud backup or retrieve my email folders into Outlook. These folders contain crucial records for my small business, and I currently rely on an ATT email account for backup purposes. I was unaware of the option to speak with a Microsoft representative directly and would greatly appreciate some guidance through a phone call. Apologies for the lengthy explanation.

My primary email account somehow got attached to a PST file, which led to access issues. After contacting Geek Squad for assistance, when the technician finished, many emails and subfolders were missing in Outlook. I have been receiving notifications for incoming and outgoing passwords, which I have been using my ATT passwords for. I physically took my computer to the store, and they suggested I reach out to you for further help. I downloaded pages from the website but feel confused. I am capable of basic operations, yet at my age, I lack confidence in moving files around. Despite giving the store my external backup and requesting them to set up cloud backup and import email folders to Outlook, it was not completed. My small business records are crucial, and I rely on my ATT email account as a backup for sending and receiving. I was unaware of being able to speak with a human at Microsoft, and a call from them would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Outlook due to my primary email account being attached to a pst file. I reached out to Geek Squad for help, but after their technician intervention, half of my emails and subfolders are missing. I keep receiving password prompts on the email portal. I then took my computer to the store, and they suggested I contact you for assistance. I tried downloading information from your website but feel overwhelmed as I am 83 years old with basic knowledge of computers. I also asked the store to set up cloud backup and import my email folders into Outlook, which they have not done. I rely on Outlook for my small business records and use an ATT email account as a backup. I would appreciate speaking to a Microsoft representative for further help.

When I logged into my phone with my account [redacted], I received an email from my rental agency, efishient Property Solutions, about a water bill. However, when I tried to log in on my computer, it requested verification. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account and cannot remember the password for [redacted], which has [redacted] as the recovery email. I attempted to use my alternate email, baranmarine1@outlook, to receive a verification code, but I am still unable to access my Hotmail account. This account is crucial for my work, communication with government departments in Australia and Turkey, managing utility bills, rental receipts, website advertising, as well as banking and invoicing. Restoring access to this account is essential for me. Thank you, Taner B.

Once again, I am facing nothing but problems. Yesterday started out wonderfully, but my day took a turn when my computer disconnected from the internet while I was researching security. While all other devices could connect to the Wi-Fi without any issues, my computer struggled. After enduring this for some time, I decided to refresh it. The process was supposed to be quick but ended up taking all night and part of this morning to complete. Now, as I try to set it up, I am encountering nothing but issues. I am unable to log into my Microsoft account despite spending over two hours on it. I need to access my photos on OneDrive to transfer them to a flash drive before closing the account. Despite entering the correct password, I cannot log in, and after trying to reset it, I am not receiving the verification code on my phone. My attempts to contact Microsoft via email have not been successful. I've tried multiple accounts, and there seems to be an incorrect email associated with one of them. I sincerely hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

I am submitting this update as I am unsure if my initial submission was received... My concern is that my main email address got linked to a .pst file somehow. Despite having a total protection plan with Best Buy and contacting them for assistance, the technician's attempt to rebuild and recover the Outlook mailbox only restored the current emails, not the important subfolders with crucial records and correspondence spanning over 6 years. I am unable to access Outlook due to a constant password prompt for my email accounts - first, for ATT, then for Yahoo inbound and outbound. My ATT email is forwarded to Yahoo for sorting. I have tried entering valid passwords without success and changed the password yesterday. The technician also worked on my backup, but I am uncertain as it is stored externally, showing a recent backup by them. The technician advised me to visit a local store, which I did, but with no satisfactory resolution. I had informed Best Buy of my desire to review and restore the original folders to Outlook, optimize for cloud backups due to limited machine space, and ensure all data is on the external drive. The technician can see the .pst attachment in Outlook Account Settings. At 83 years old, I have been struggling to navigate the various solutions provided on the website. I am requesting a remote technician to assist in recovering the original subfolders, clarifying the backup process (including the contents of the external drive), and addressing my concerns about potential data loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have three Microsoft accounts. Two are fine, but I can't access one. I logged out after changing the password last week and lost the new password. I've tried the "Recover Account" process multiple times with no luck. There are two potential issues: my date of birth might be wrong, and I can't remember the exact subjects of recent emails I've sent. The account I need help with is [redacted]

My computer recently experienced a hacking incident, but it has been checked and is now secure. Unfortunately, the hackers were able to obtain my passwords, which has blocked me from accessing my Microsoft account and receiving new messages on my Hotmail account, which I rely on. I spent five frustrating hours on the support page without any resolution. If possible, please reach out to me at my landline, [redacted], or alternatively at [redacted] if the first number is not reachable. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Pat Abfalder

Hello and thank you for your help! I work from home as the National Dealer Representative for an Athletic Flooring Products Company. I manage a growing group of over 5,[redacted] registered dealers who depend on me for timely updates. Recently, I attempted to email a notice about delayed shipping for our Synthetic Turf products due to a manufacturing maintenance shutdown beginning on Dec 17. Unfortunately, my emails were blocked and I was labeled as a "spammer". All my emails are solely sent to registered Flooring Dealers and their employees who have specifically requested to receive them. The information I share includes pricing, product availability, technical details, and other essential updates for our dealers to operate successfully. I segment my email distribution into groups based on state or function, like Alabama, Michigan, Fitness Dealers, and Sherwin Williams Floor Covering Stores, to ensure relevance. Some of this information is time-sensitive, but now I face delays in sending them out as I have been limited due to the "spammer" classification. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue. Thank you, Arthur E Blackman, Sr Athletic Textiles Rep [redacted] E Pershing Rd Lincoln, NE [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] www.athletictextiles.com

I am experiencing issues with my Outlook password. Despite multiple attempts at account recovery in the past week, I have been unsuccessful. The Microsoft representative I spoke to suggested creating a new account if recovery doesn't work, but I've had my [redacted] address for over 20 years and use it for business. The online resources from Microsoft have not assisted me in recovering my Outlook account. I am seeking assistance from a technical support person as I have been unable to retrieve my old password or set a new one through the account recovery process. Due to my email access issue since 10/2/[redacted], reaching out via email is not an option. As a result, I have created a new email on Yahoo: [redacted] I am hopeful that speaking with a tech support representative will help resolve this matter.

I have been using Windows Mail without any problems for months. Suddenly last night, it stopped syncing with my Frontier email account. An error message displayed saying "Frontier settings are out of date" and "We couldn't access this account, you might need to update the password or give the account permission to sync with this device." I tried re-entering the password, changing it with my ISP, deleting and re-adding the email account, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and setting up the mail account using Advanced options. Even though I can log in online, I am unable to access it through Windows Mail, which I prefer for downloading emails to my pc instead of leaving them on the cloud. This situation is very frustrating for me.

My email account [redacted] is not syncing and shows as not signed in. Despite entering the correct password, it says the account is not found. I attempted different variations of the password with no success. The reasons for the sign-in issue may be: 1) account not recognized, 2) site downtime, 3) account locked from multiple login attempts, or 4) email contact not verified, although it was. I managed to log in using another account but didn't receive any emails, as this account is not regularly used. I rely on this email for work and school, so any assistance is appreciated.
