When I tried to turn on my laptop this morning, it was slow to sign me in. Then the computer came up with an update it wanted me to install, but the cursor did not show up on screen. So I waited. But, it never showed up. So I used my touchscreen to skip through the update without installing anything. Then, I expected the cursor to come back, but it never did.**I have a Hewlett-Packard laptop.**Specs:*Edition: Windows ** Home*Version: **H**Installed on: **********OS Build: *****.****Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack ***.****.***.***I would like someone to call me and tell me how I can get my mouse back! Preferably in the next ** minutes, otherwise I will have to wait until tomorrow.**I will note that I did submit this same report already, but I have not received a reply, even to confirm that you have received my report.
